Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

The female receptionist is very disappointing.
I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30
At 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule.
Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby.
Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly.
Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request.
Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. It was a pleasure to stay at Fave Hotel Hyper Square, Bandung, West Java. A great hotel, which was value for money with a chic and trendy room designs, entirely matched with the hotel concept. Cleaning and sanitization is utmost important in this unprecedented situations, but the hotel did this well, so nothing to worry about, to stay here. Additionally, the hotel is also located adjacent (even it can says steps away) with Paskal 23 Shopping Center. So, it will be perfect to hang out or buy some foods or beverages even more to shopping there. On top of that, hotel associates was so great and decent with their attentiveness in services and also accuracy of services. In - room amenities was also provided, even though to some of it is payable. We will definitely come back to stay at Fave Hotel Hyper Square, Bandung, West Java, in the near coming future. Keep up the great works.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

XXingThe location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

DDesiThe things that needs to be improved is regarding the system that still kinda old & needs to be simplified such as the free parking system. The breakfast were quite varied, but most of the time some of the food station were empty and needs to be refill. The refill could take some time. Well that definitely has to be improved. The waiters/waitresses has to be aware when the food needs to be cooked immediately and refill on time before it really runs out

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, but along a very busy road. The busy road is therefore the reason that the terrace is very noisy. You can't have a conversation with each other, there is so much noise. The rooms are very dark and noisy, but fairly clean. The fact that the swimming pool opens early in the morning is not a plus with screaming children. Breakfast is fine, not very special. An extra toaster is not a superfluous luxury. The waiting time for a toasted sandwich is very long. For the rest the food from the menu is fine. The friendliness at the reception strongly depends on who is there. In addition, we also had problems with the light that did not go out in the bedroom, but I do not have the illusion that this has already been resolved. Next visit in Bandung I would rethink visiting this hotel again.
