C’est la 2 eme que nous venons et cet hôtel correspond à nos attentes : un très bon emplacement au centre de bandol, un emplacement pour la voiture compris dans le prix ce qui n’est pas négligeable, une très bonne literie . Nous avons aussi aimé la grande chambre de 20 m2, avec coin cuisine et sa machine nespresso , la gentillesse du personnel qui dès qu’il le peut vous surclasse ( nous avons été surclassés les 2 fois) sans oublier une belle terrasse avec vue sur le port , avec fauteuils et canapés qui vous invitent à la relaxation . Le côté vintage surprend au premier abord mais rend l’endroit chaleureux

Difficult to enter. Had to phone not so easy when your French is as little as mine.
Staff was friendly.
Room was ok but in need of renovations.
Had to get towels and toilet paper from the laundry room as none supplied in the room

There was an issue with my reservation and it didn’t match what I reserved, and the ladies in the front desk were amazing! They found me another room, and they were very accommodating. Very generous and friendly. I will not hesitate to come back!

DOUCHE FROIDE
J’avais choisi l’appartement vue mer, j’ai eu le numero 6, et, effectivement, la vue est top. Par contre, une tres grosse deception, dans cet appartement, le chauffe eau ne chauffe qu’une fois par jour, entre 11h et midi, ce qui veut dire que la douche du soir, ca passe, mais celle du matin est loin d’etre a bonne temperature. Et, pour moi, une semaine a 900 euros sans eau chaude le matin, ca ne passe pas. J’ai signale ce fait...et, j’ai eu des explications pas tres credibles. Il m’a meme ete dit que ce fait avait deja ete signale, je veux bien le croire mais rien n’a ete fait .Je reste persuade que le chauffe eau est regle pour ne chauffer qu’une fois par jour. Au final, Pas de geste commercial a part de plates excuses. Donc, si vous avez l’appart 6, preparez vous aux douches froides

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité directe du port de Bandol. L’établissement mérite un bon rafraîchissement, surtout les salles de bain.
