Service very good and location also near to town. Near airports. Just the ala carte food in the cafe so so only. Room a bit aged, but clean enough.

The hotel was located very near the museum and mosque. Good location but have to walk a bit to the nearby restaurants. It was also a bit old but clean.

Nice hotel, I stayed during Ramadan so I couldn’t sample the restaurant until the evening, but I was busy at that point. The staff did what they could though and offered guests a room service breakfast.
One staff member was very friendly and he helped me book a private tour to see the water village, a boat ride, the outside of the Sultan’s palace and we even went on water safari and saw monitor lizards and proboscis monkeys in the wild. This amazing tour would not have been possible had the concierge not phoned around to get me this tour. Other group tours were fully booked, so I really appreciate it.
The swimming pool was nice too. I swam at lunchtime.

We booked a one-bedroom suite for 3 nights which was our best decision ever. It was spacious and comfy and the right size for 3 of us as we had 2 toilets to use. Room cleanliness was also good and service was excellent generally. Breakfast was alright but I expected more variety.
