Great location with many shops around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast is good. Highly Recommended. Thumbs up. 👍👍👍

Good stay and gave free cake and free fruits. Just the toilet have smelly maybe the sewer. Overall the food, room and hospitality is amazing

Went there to play golf with a group of friends. Made group booking, 8 rooms with them. They kinda got lost on the room arrangements with the multiple room bookings even though the rooms were booked with individual names. On the second day, there was a power shut down from 12pm to 6plus, so it was miserable for people staying in the hotel during this period. No lights, no electricity. On top of that, my group commented that the heater was not working, and pillows and bedsheets had a stale smell. One of the rooms wasn't even made when we checked in. 1.5 hours later, when we checked, it still wasn't made until we got really upset (picture attached). On the positive side, the hotel was quite spacious and its located opposite a supermarket and a row of shop houses. Don't expect anything interesting, though. Also Els golf course is around 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Our transport arrived early but they were very friendly to allow us early check-in (12.45pm). Although I requested for a high floor, was allotted 4th floor out of 15 floors. Nevertheless,the room was big and spacious with a small balcony. The location was superb as it's smack right in the middle of the town. There was a free shuttle to the beach and the water theme park. The swimming pool was not so deep and there's a children's pool and play area,which is very suitable for families.All the staff were very friendly especially the security guard who opened the door for everyone and greeting us.

Hotel was clean and tidy.
Location wasn’t near the beach, 10 minutes drive to the beach.

Room is big and clean. Bed is comfy. Quiet surroundings but with easy access to shops and eateries just across. Location is good too. Hotel staffs were friendly too. Would go back again

Obviously the staff are well trained in customer service. The room is nice and spacious. There are so many eateries nearby. During my stay, there is no problem getting Grab ride hailing service to go around town.

Great hotel, check in was smooth and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
They share with us on where to have nice seafood etc. the room size is big but do note that the double bed is both queen size.
The amenities are good as well. They surprised us with birthday decorations.
