First time here for holiday with my boyfriend.
The hotel are awesome and we have a wonderful day at here with the bath tub.
The hotel are great clean and parking are free .
We went to mini zoo and Desaru beach so near by .
Aircon upstairs and downstairs are prefect .
We really enjoy staying here but the room key should give us 2 Instead of one .
We left the key inside the room receptionist guy wanna check out my room ( I say NO ) I left my key inside the room .
He ask me to put deposit RM 50 but my wallet was in the room due to we going to the beach that why we did bring wallet out .
Staying need to put deposit RM110 I can understand but return back RM 100 .
Room key should give 2 Instead of 1 .
We are 2 person staying inside the room .
Should be reasonable abit .
The Malay guy ask the lady .
The lady say don’t need and that was so awesome and when we check out return back the 2 too
Key no point keeping the key cause I going back Singapore .
The breakfast is nice and great .
We just use the meal card for breakfast .
Other that time everything are prefect and great .

The facilities was great, in one place, you’ll get everything, from cozy room, waterpark and good restaurant plus access to the beach. The breakfast buffet serve delicious food and got variety. Teh tarik was a must! Definitely will repeat after this.

Ideally one of the best hotels in terms of location ; amenities , amazing staff and good food for breakfast. Surrounding area and the overall aesthetic and view of the hotel is top notch. The hotel in itself has a lot to offer and within 3-4km outside the hotel there’s ample of outdoor activities too. Posting a pic of the bathe I took before leaving.

Customer service at its best. Accommodation and the room i have booked is perfect. Highly recommended, For those lazy to bring food and cook like me no worries food in every corner. No need to worry if you forget things they also have a retail shop.

Good location! Private beach, open at 8am. Delicious breakfast. Water park is small one but my children had a fun day. Highly recommend.
