Decent room size with balcony. We stayed during Chinese New Year period and were able to watch multiple fireworks from the room.

The location was really nice. Near to the beautiful beach. The room is ok. But the breakfast food was not soo variety.

My family need to waiting from 15:00 until 17:00 for room is ready … Service very slow and wasting time cause need to waiting.. The room is full of dust..
The fridge is broken.
Air-cond cant adjust cause already lock . Every 5minutes air-cond auto off .

This hotel is a bit run down, I have to request bedsheets change as I saw there are some yellow stains on the duvet cover. The carpark basement floor is flooded. There's a cockroach in the bathroom. The Beach is spacious and not so crowded.

Check in process need 20mins to be done, most of the guest are group of family so it took long time to check in, which I am not satisfied.
Room are spacious, balcony sea view superb 👍 In room dining menu grill chicken chop RM28 which is reasonable, I ordered and eat at balcony with the view, very nice! Breakfast also lots of variety.
Overall it suits for family but if you need quiet stay may not be suitable for you.

1 of the best resort in Pengerang-Desaru beach front.
The pool is very nice. Can shelter from hot sunny at the kids area. Nice beach cafe at night. Good & affordable restaurant seafood/masakan panas(halal). Got an affordable convenience store. Everything is there.
Nice seaview room.
