I can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING my experience at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru was! The place is absolutely stunning, spotless clean, and filled with such vibrant energy. The food was excellent, every bite worth it! I came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable — they surprised us with a complimentary cake and a lovely Hard Rock keychain, such a thoughtful touch! 🎂🎁 Although we arranged additional decoration from an outsider, the housekeeping team still went the extra mile to add their own simple yet sweet décor on the mirror, which warmed our hearts. From the ambiance, service, and attention to detail — everything was top-notch. Hard Rock Desaru definitely knows how to rock your special moments! 💯 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway or celebration.

My family and I recently stayed at your hotel and we appreciate the friendly service provided. However, we would like to share some feedback for improvement. The room allocated to us was located quite far from the main facilities, which was very inconvenient, especially with young children. In addition, the dining experience was average — the food selection and taste were not at the level we expected from a Hard Rock brand. We would Not coming again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the diverse dining options, from the Sessions all-day dining to the chilled-out vibes at The Elephant & The Butterfly. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. What truly stood out was the staff's attentiveness and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would like to compliment Hafiszan Masirom the reservation manager and also front desk manager Syafiqah. ( don’t know if I spelled it correctly ).The staff from coffee and grind , candy shop and also the kids club and all. They were just great . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is an ideal destination for families. The kids' club was a huge hit with our little ones, offering a range of fun activities and entertainment. The pool area has dedicated sections for children, making it safe and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a stress-free and memorable vacation for the whole family. We can't wait to return for another rockin' getaway! It was a wonderful stay with hard rock hotel desaru. We had a fantastic time at Hard Rock Desaru! The hotel is packed with great amenities — from the beautiful infinity pool and splash zone to activities like soccer, archery, chess, and the kids club, there was never a dull moment. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, the pool was closed for a day, but the hotel went above and beyond by offering us free tickets to Adventure Water Park. That thoughtful gesture turned what could have been a disappointment into one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, it was a memorable stay and definitely worth the money. Perfect for families looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great service. Highly recommended!

Worth for money. The adventure park has limited option for younger toddlers, But overall, it's acceptable. The room is clean and comfortable.
