Love the surroundings and how slow pace it was. Great for a short gateway. Breakfast spread was good, if come in a bigger group, recommend to go for breakfast fast early

We had pleasure stayed at this hotel.. parking was provided and it was free.. the room was big and comfortable for us.. they also provided a welcome drink for us which is a plus star from us..

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, it rained during our visit, so we couldn't experience the water theme park. However, the breakfast selection was good, and we plan to return in the future.
On a separate note, the package offered by Trip didn't make much sense. We booked a room that was supposed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids, as confirmed over the phone with Hard Rock Hotel before making the reservation. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the package included only one water theme park ticket. This discrepancy was quite disappointing."

The Adventure Waterpark is conveniently located right next door with direct access, which was a key factor in choosing HR. The room size was adequate, though signs of wear and tear were noticeable throughout. A thoughtful addition was the step stool in the toilet, making it easier for kids to reach the sink for brushing. The beds could have been queen-sized instead of doubles for better comfort, but the pillows were excellent. The buffet breakfast was decent, though staff could be more attentive in replenishing food. The swimming pool was on the smaller side, but the availability of kids’ life jackets was a great touch. The water was warm, and the underwater music added a unique experience. Overall, a relatively good stay, especially if you’re visiting the Adventure Waterpark. Free parking is available, but we chose valet parking right outside the hotel lobby for RM35 for convenience as we are travelling with young children.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Definitely will visit again.

Location is good because it has direct access to the water theme park and a stone throw away from the beach. Lacking simple amenities kits like comb.

Came here for our 1st wedding anniversary. They gave us a celebration pass, which included a free slice of cake and a free gift. (It was a Hard Rock cap)
They even gave the room a personal touch, and we really appreciated it.
Located just right beside the water theme park, making it very convenient to get in and out. Loved the pool and views, too! We will definitely return in the future!

I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The service was excellent, and the facilities had everything I needed. The food was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. This was my first time staying here, and I was pleasantly surprised—definitely a place I’d consider returning to!
