Bandar Lampung Hotels with Swimming Pools

The service was superb and its located right next to a mall which makes its so convenient. Will be back again.

I stayed in Sheraton Lampung for 3 nights from 23 - 26 Jan 2023. Initially I booked a standard room, but it turned out the room had problems with the AC and shower. I complained about this to the manager (Ms. Heny). Upon receiving my complain, Ms.Heny acted quickly and responsively, and tried her very best to ensure that all the problems were addressed, up to the point of changing and upgrading my room to junior suite with no additional charges. High appreciation to Ms.Heny for this extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, the service of all the staff is just top-notch and high class. In addition to giving the best hotel service I've experienced thus far, the employees at Sheraton Lampung also showed hospitality and friendliness that is really warm and amiable. I traveled solo at the time, but I was feeling as though I were staying with family and friends because of the friendliness of all the staff, especially Ms. Destri at the restaurant who was friendly, pleasant, and attentive eventhough the restaurant was quite hectic during breakfast hour. I highly recommend Sheraton Lampung to anyone traveling to Lampung, whether you're traveling solo or with your partner or family, whether it's a business or pleasure trip.

Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast. fast check in and check out.

I find every thing is amazing and also ifind a very high care and professional people they are take care of my room as Mr.choirul he was highly cooperate and when ever we need him we find him .I'm advice all who will visit bander lampung to have avery nice and beautiful time in Swiss-belhotel lampung where u can find the good and professional stuff.

Thank you for the hospitality, I experienced great service since entering the hotel. The deluxe room was big for the price, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had various option for me to choose. Definitely will come back again.

We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!

Very comfortable stay at Whiz Prime Hotel. Check in process is very fast with friendly reception. Comfortable room with a beautiful view. Breakfast is also delicious with a very fantastic view. Highly recommended to stay here with family or couple. Thank you Whiz Prime Hotel

ผมจองจาก 1 สําหรับการพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวและคนชรา, melihat ada kolam dan foto2 yang dipasang bagus tentu tertarik dengan harga yang tidal terlalu mahal. Namun ketika sampai kami semua terkaget2 dengan kenyataan yang ada, ห้อง sama sekali beda dengan di foto. อ่างล้างหน้า sudah rusak, lantai2 ห้องอาบน้ําสกปรกและแม้แต่ห้องน้ําเมื่อ mellush ออกมามีน้ําสีดํา. ขาดตู้เย็นและ remote tv ก็ไม่ menjadi masalah asal kamar สะอาด. Ini seperti sudah lama tidak renovasi dan bau apek. ดิฉัน informasikan agar jangan ada yang kecewa lagi karena lihat foto2nya bagus sekali. โรงแรม boleh direfund untuk hari2 berikutnya, saya harap 1 dapat membantu refund sesuai prosedur pengajuan yang sudah dijalankan. กรุณาเปลี่ยนรูปถ่าย2 และถ้าเป็นไปได้ โรงแรมที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่

Quite surprised stay experience. We got one room left at the first rate 1 in the lobby, the staff was warm, even impressed. After checking in, entering the room, the condition was not as promised. Bed with sleek & old sheets. Gordyn I peeled for a long time and did not change. There is no foot slipper, air drip on the floor of the room. Remote tv is stuck (the battery is already rusty), when asked to change, the staff did not respond. The bathroom cleanliness is less, fortunately the hot water bath is available smoothly. What's interesting is the beautiful view of the restaurant facing the sea & boats in the distance. In the view below the restaurant there is a large swimming pool, liked by children. The standard breakfast menu once, but it's already a few minutes out when it arrives. Which is pretty good fried noodles. Well, that's enough. Hopefully the front of this hotel is evaporated, considering the old/senior hotel in his time. Unfortunately, the concept & asset has been owned. Bravo Marcopolo1

A three star hotel with excellent cleanliness and hospitality. Worth considering when needing a place to have a good rest during your daily business activity right in the heart of the city of Bandar Lampung.
