"This was my first business trip to Lampung and I stayed at this hotel. The location is quite strategic, being very close to Lampung City Mall (which is located within the same area). The receptionist was friendly and responsive. The room was quite spacious with a soft mattress. The amenities provided were complete, and the bathroom was fine. Perhaps the breakfast menu could be improved."

"Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient. A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands. Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably."
