I enjoyed to stay at Sheraton lampung. They give welcoming snacks., refill 4 mineral water a day. The provide good quality toiletries and the staff harmful

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose โฆand other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standardโs for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

an old hotel yet still very good. service is good, the staffs very generous. breakfast was excellent with a combination of local and international food. will come back.

It's really sad... Had so many wonderful memories in staying sheratons... But the one here... Its like sheraton went from a luxury hotel to a budget hotel... Hotel feels old, dark n run down... Facilities not working properly... Room feels very dark with sub-par... Room looks nothing like in the picture shown...

1. The room floor sticky.
2. My stuff left in bathroom. I realized it when I already checked out.
I ask to check It by phone 2 times, but the staff said nothing left.
The third time I ask it and push them to find my suff, finally they found it.
Bad service!!!
