Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast. fast check in and check out.

This was my second time stay here and everything still same as the first came here. Clean room, nice staff, delicious food, great service, strategic area near gasoline station and of course best food and satay in Lampung. Will stay here again when i travel back to Lampung. The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

Friendly english-speaking staff. Good location and decent room. We stayed in the balcony room and the bathroom was separate to the bedroom, but it was only a short walk across the balcony, so it didn't bother us. Would recommend for a short stay in Bandar Lampung.
