The room is generally clean and functional, providing basic necessities, and male staff are friendly, female not so much. However, the hotel shows its age with dated decor and some wear. Amenities are limited too.

Regular in this hotel. Friendly staff and is one of the nicest with great amenities around like Aeon Mal a 2mins walk and Joe kitchen. Air-conditioning works fine and the rooms are spacious.

Everything is ok, but the cleanest is average. I need to change one of the towel and water pressure quite slow.

Stay di sini for ne quite okay. A lot of parking n friedly staff. Bilik okay bersih elok je. Should be okay for solo n family travel. Tmpt strategic dekat dgn aeon dan kedai mkn.

Hotel a bit high in price but this is the lowest in this area. Not so bad but there are so many things van improve such as the receptionist and so on

Simple not any special, but the security still some worry about this , we stay in another building but not any security an lock at ground floor anybody and come in to the hotel
