Don't stay here. There is no front desk at the hotel. The person on duty said that their name is not this. It is not a hotel and you have to operate it yourself. I don't recommend it. I arrived at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and it took me an hour and a half to get into the room. I couldn't receive their confirmation text messages on my domestic mobile phone! Ctrip couldn't contact their people either. The hygiene is terrible. There are several roads around, and there are many cars in the middle of the night. The glass is not soundproof. The room is very noisy and I can't sleep at all. The bath towels, sheets and quilts are all dirty and they don't look like they have been changed!

Tell me about the ruggedness of these four days. Day 1 check-in was self-service, and the reservation number provided by ctrip could not be used at all. Then I added the hotel’s Whatsapp like a silly dog. After contacting the hotel, I gave the reservation number to check in. The so-called deluxe twin room is your own product. I don't comment anymore. Immediately after that, there were various situations, the door lock was broken, and I couldn’t close it, so I couldn’t go to the scheduled visa time. Then a few local men who seemed to be scared to me repaired it for 2 hours and finally repaired it. All in all, be cautious.

I booked Superior King Suite which fit for 4 pax. I was surprised the room was really big and worth the money. It was my first time around Bangi and the located was great. Room condition was good. Check in is by digital kiosk located at G Floor. It was a very simple and easy check in for me. Everything was very detailed via SMS. Check out is 11am. Just have to leave the room. There is a pasar malam outside of the hotel which was convenience. Easy to get local food. Not only that, there are few shops at the ground floor such as My News, Starbucks, The Chicken Rice Shop.. This hotel is suitable for Big Family. So far it was a great experience.
