The location of the hotel is strategic because it is in the middle of the city. Not far from the Bauturrahman Great Mosque.

Hotel located in the crowded street. Easy to find foods. Air con okay. No international tv channel. Since I'm coming in fasting month, they delivered the breakfast into my room. Bathroom quite large. The bad side is the lamp in the room is too dark and no window.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also comfortable. cold air conditioner. The breakfast menu is varied, from porridge, rice, stew, fruit, pasta to a herbal. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for rest. There are many street food around the hotel. worth it for Stay here again.

location in the middle of the city, walk distance to the baiturrahman mosque. food is standard, there are some restaurants nearby and a supermarket. there some rooms without windows make sure before booking. check in and check out fast enough, the staff very helpful, receptionis also the security, special thanks to mas teguh

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Hotel bagus dan pelayanan yang memuaskan. Sangat cocok untuk bermalam di Hotel ini.

The rooms are spacious, but some old. This was particularly good in the bathroom. Breaked ticks, bathroom furniture broken in different places, old coloured toilet glasses. The beds were good and it was not listening. There were sticks in the lakens (which were clean and washed). Nice indoor garden. Breakfast was good. The dinner was very priced and much was not available, which required a new choice several times. ATM for the door. Then it was found that our card was not accepted by the machine, we were brought to another ATM by one of the managers. Top service thus!

Overall very satisfied, the room is outside, clean, the service is normal ... ordered 2 Grand Deluxe rooms, on the 1st H was actually given a junior suite class, very good ... , you can stay in Grand Arabia again ..

This is my second visit to Pulau Weh so I have had a chance to visit many of the other hotels. Pulau Weh Paradise has some of the best quality, clean villas on the island - all with amazing ocean views. The staff are extremely friendly and effortless dealt with every request. The location is on the quieter side of the island but a very easy (and fun) journey to some of the other beautiful beaches. I hired a car through the hotel because I didn't fancy a motorbike which was easily arranged and excellent value. The breakwater means that you can easily swim even at low tide or when the swell picks up. There is also supurb snorkelling for any ability right off the hotel's private beach. I travelled on my own this trip but would also highly recommend as being suitable for families - all the villas have inter-connecting rooms with the neighbouring villa. The owner is also very committed to environmental conversation as well as supporting the local community which is always a good thing. Thank you Pulau Weh Paradise and I look forward to my next visit.
