"I had a great stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Aceh. The location is very convenient — close to key landmarks, restaurants, and easy to get around from. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — good variety, tasty local options, and fresh ingredients. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a solid choice if you're visiting Aceh. Would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travel."

I really love our stay. Location earby pasar aceh, masjid baiturrahmab and Blang padang. Lots of food and stall nearby . Everyting is walking distance.

"Excellent all round! Breakfast area can be crowded since the restaurant itself is small but the food is great, many selection of white/fried rice/noodle and many dessert options and fruit.
Room is cleaned and towel changed daily. 10/10 would not hesitate to book this hotel again."

"The Kumala Hotel was conveniently located and easy to move around. The room was clean and calm and relaxing. The staff were polite and safe. However, although the building itself felt a little old, there was a calm air and it was not uncomfortable. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory, and overall I think Cospa is a good hotel."

GGuest UserThe stay completely refreshed my understanding of hotel services! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a spring breeze smile. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from.
What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip.
See the details of the truth, such a service is really reluctant to leave, I will definitely choose here next time!

This stay experience is excellent, you must give the hotel service a compliment!
Efficiency: The reception desk responds quickly, check-in/check-out is completed within 5 minutes, and the whole process is courteous and thoughtful.
Room quality: The room is clean and tidy, no smell, complete facilities (safe box, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.), bedding and toiletries are of high quality.
Details service: free mineral water and snacks are replenished every day, and the bath towels are also actively asked if they need to be replaced; the curtains will be closed and slippers put in the night service.
Special needs: due to traveling with the elderly, contact the hotel in advance to arrange a low-floor room, and prepare non-slip in advance when arriving

JJack SarawakOverall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

AAzmalThe room was clean and spacious. This property is located at the city centre, about 25 minutes ride from Banda aceh International Airport. I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the famous Masjid Baitulrahman mosque.

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

GGuest UserRooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable.
