Ban Ta Khun Hotels with Breakfast

The atmosphere here is very peaceful, the staff is also very calm, they helped with everything, I booked a tour to the lake, a return transfer. The hotel grounds are just a fairy tale, a river, swings, a garden, silence. We had the most basic room, without air conditioning. But an adequate fan - it was not hot. Please note: the walls are made of bamboo, so you can hear everything, even your neighbors going to the toilet. It did not bother us, I hope we did not bother anyone either. And yes: the shower and toilet are shared here. We liked the breakfasts. And overall the stay was pleasant)

There are many good things to say about this place. Beautiful location and excellent quality food and staff. I recommend this place!

The hotel is in a beautiful place, green, but not very clean, especially the windows, the air conditioner is huge and blows directly on the bed, there was no blanket, only some terrible blanket, there is no curtain in the shower and everything flows on the person sitting on the toilet, slippery, no slippers

Every staff speaks good English, very nice. The environment is extremely amazing. There forces you to put down your phone enjoy your holiday because there has no signal at all. But in the resort providing WiFi (not free). We definitely will go there again

Quiet isolated location met expectations. The price tag seemed justified considering the amenities provided. First and foremost, the air conditioning system was functional just, adding to the aircon challenges, the lack of insulation exacerbated the heat Television enthusiasts, beware! The TV signal was virtually non-existent, rendering any hopes of entertainment futile. For those seeking a digital detox, this might be a blessing in disguise, but for most, it's a disappointing setback. Moreover, the resort's remote location proved to be a logistical challenge. Situated far from civilization, guests are left dependent on their vehicles or taxis to venture anywhere beyond the confines of the property. Be aware a bus or van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok national park does not come near the property. Double check your bookings in and out and I would not recommend any tight time schedules to the airport. However, amidst these shortcomings, one saving grace was the kindness of the staff. Despite the challenges, the staff remained courteous and accommodating, striving to mitigate the shortcomings of the establishment. The staff arranged all my transport albeit a little haphazardly. In conclusion, while the remote resort boasts a serene ambiance and amiable staff, the isolation in transport terms would require a traveler with vehicle. It is 5km from the dam and daily boat tours on the extensive lake amid magnificent karysts. Warning do not swim in the lake it's heavily polluted with sewerage.

The staff were so friendly and helpful at the hotel-some don't speak English very well so the communication is sometimes difficult for more complicated issues but on the whole it's fine. The food and drinks are lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful and the hotel is located in a nice area with a few attractions nearby. It's close enough to Khao sok national park that you can get there however, you will have to pay extra for taxis or use a bike (this can be tricky if it's raining though). If alone then this can get expensive.

Very nice cozy place. Next to the nature. I had a connect rooms with my friends and it's possible to hear everything what they talk about. Also second room is on road side where people walking, so no river view. Bathrtub is awesome. Breakfast is nice. Dogs and birds are nice too. Thank you.

I found many places without detailed information. Here is my experience. This is a one-price all-inclusive resort located in Khao Sok National Park. It is located in the center of Xiulan Lake. Therefore, you have to use long-tail boats to get in and out. The price is small but the experience is very good, including lunch and dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day, a one-hour boat trip, and round-trip transfer service. After booking, you need to arrive at Xiulan Lake Pier before 11 o'clock on the day of check-in, and find a staff who wears a green T to pick you up. Because the entire lake is within the park, you must first buy a park ticket to enter the boat. Check-out and return time are at Around 9:30 in the morning. The whole staying experience is very good, the staff are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the scenery is great. Not much else to say about your own feelings, it will be a very unforgettable experience
