first time in this hotel. This is the best hotel in Mali. I checked the other hotels but i did not like them. Here rooms are large, hotel airconditioning is perfect, clean everywhere, food in restaurant very good, free shuttle bus service, ESPECIALLY MR MOUSTAPHA DEMBELE IN RECEPTION PERFECT. He helped me a lot. Especially from Mali to Togo, there is a covid procedure and web site demanded a lot of information. During these transactions, nearly 50 minutes with very big patience, he helped me from heart. I will never forget this. I thank him and Azalai Management a lot. première fois dans cet hôtel. C'est le meilleur hôtel du Mali. J'ai vérifié les autres hôtels mais je ne les ai pas aimés. Ici les chambres sont grandes, la climatisation de l'hôtel est parfaite, propre partout, la nourriture au restaurant très bonne, le service de navette gratuit, SURTOUT MR MOUSTAPHA DEMBELE A L'ACCUEIL PARFAIT. Il m'a beaucoup aidé. Surtout du Mali au Togo, il y a une procédure covid et un site web qui demande beaucoup d'informations. Lors de ces transactions, près de 50 minutes avec une très grande patience, il m'a aidé de tout cœur. Je n'oublierai jamais cela. Je le remercie beaucoup, ainsi qu'Azalai Management.

Welcoming and professional ✨ This is what I learned from my few days in the establishment for a professional mission. The setting is just wonderful. The best place is the interior courtyard with the swimming pool and the beautiful garden 🪴🌴🌳🌱. I was struck by the availability and hospitality of the team on site. Starting from the security guards at the entrance to the shuttle driver, the receptionists, the restaurant bar servers and the chambermaid. The room was actually comfortable. I learned that mine was one of the recently renovated rooms. My favorite dish at the restaurant was the braised 🐟 fish 👌🏾. Thanks especially to Assetou the PDJ teammate who was super nice to me ☺️🌹🙏🏾.

Qu'il est agréable après plusieurs péripéties d'être accueilli à la réception du Grand Hôtel de Bamako avec un verre de thé par une équipe souriante et attentionnée ! Mention particulière à la charmante Meriem qui s'active tout spécialement pour faciliter l'installation des clients de l'hôtel et se dépense sans compter durant le séjour pour préparer des soirées à thèmes et autres barbecues au bord de la piscine... Durant mes 10 jours de présence, la disponibilité et l'écoute des membres du personnel ont été au rendez-vous et m'ont rendu ce dernier très efficace et fonctionnel. Cela jusqu'au départ où le chauffeur de la navette de l’hôtel m'a fait gagner beaucoup de temps en m'aidant à faire emballer mes bagages à l’aéroport. On notera à ce propos la présence du Wi-Fi (qui fonctionne bien) à bord de la navette, fort utile pour envoyer les derniers messages et rester connecté quand son forfait de données est épuisé.

Raddison Collection Bamako is a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.The ambience is great starting from the lounge to the restaurant. We planned to enjoy a meal in the new restaurant on first floor but unfortunately it was closed for the summer holidays.However our experience was still amazing in the main restaurant that serves a great buffet.The salads to the great arrangement of pastries and fruit was amazing.The staff were also attentive.
