Best hotel around the 巴馬 area! Hotel room is good size with nice view, environment is great. Hotel provides shuttle service to villa

Really nice location, nice room with balcony, however only with 1 lounger and the mattress was missing. When we asked they us a mattress. Nice Service!
The pool is also very nice, however, too less loungers/chairs. Gym has old equipment.. no western food/breakfast, but the choice is ok.
All in all, a very Good Experience, Even if we were almost the only one without kids. Especially thanks to Moxiao Qiao for a great service!!

在攜程訂過最垃圾的酒店，沒有之一！好評哪來的都來自風景還不錯，其餘真的一言難盡，七八百一晚的酒店 服務房間我就不説了真的一般，其二我九點多去吃早餐 如圖 幾乎沒啥吃的 問服務員感覺跟要飯一樣，慘不慘 圖二那個湯還是啥 自己看吧 喝不下去 ！！！要不是已經睡了到第二天 真是想罵人吵架退房！！
太差了！！！

酒店的服務真的很好，不會因為住房離大堂有距離的原因而覺得不方便，因為不管去哪裡，一個電話，酒店的接駁車就會很快速的來接送。餐廳的小譚，黃彬師傅，小喬，以及很多不知道名字的服務員服務態度都超級好。酒店的早餐也還不錯，二樓中餐廳點菜吃了一頓晚餐，師傅的廚藝也還不錯哦。泳池乾淨的山泉水，但也不會很涼，真的是一個休閑出遊的好選擇，性價比也很高，下次還打算帶家人朋友來。

酒店環境不錯，服務也不錯，自駕到停車場，會有擺渡車送到酒店大堂辦入住，酒店內部依山而建，面積很大，適合度假休閑，有温泉，有泳池，可以俯瞰賜福湖。去酒店導航會有兩條路，不要選依湖的那條，修路很不好走。
入住的房間有點吵，酒店也給更換了房間，有個桂林畢業的瘦瘦的小哥，説話很讓人感覺舒服，服務也很貼心到位。酒店早餐還是很豐富的，有當地的特色三色糯米飯啊，米粉啊之類的。早餐有服務人員會幫助打油茶，連續兩天遇到叫何鳳梅吧，服務很熱情，讓人感覺舒適。。
入住了2天，都是在酒店用的晚餐，當地特色有火麻仁，第一天用的晚餐的198套餐很不錯，有特色火麻仁湯，還有臘肉鮮筍，臘肉味道不錯。沿途看當地種很多玉米，套餐裏還有玉米碴子粥，和北方的也不大一樣，碴子比較小，而且比較嫩。。第二天在三門海玩了一天，翻了三門海的一座山。。回到酒店也6點多了，在酒店點了當地湖裡的小魚吃，味道也不錯。
君瀾運營的不會太差，來巴馬休閑度假首選。有機會再去巴馬的話，我還是會選擇這個酒店。
不過還是要加強新員工培訓，消防平台停車和停車場還是要搞清楚。。

最好是自駕前往，酒店在山裡，除了遠一點，環境非常巴適~
有贈送泡腳的一個什麼服務，但實話很雞肋，然後我還被蚊子叮了，要不點個蚊香吧？
瑤族服飾也體驗了一下，差強人意，但畢竟是送的
較滿意的是贈送的飲品還有最後的伴手禮
對了人來説算是更實際的回饋吧
房間很大，有陽台，乾濕分離，
我們住2樓，洗澡水水壓太小，噴頭可以換了哈，完全是各種方向亂噴，
隔音不太好，大晚上的有兩衹蟬在門外此起彼伏的叫😭 還好我帶了耳塞，能抵擋一些音噪
但是自然環境是這樣的，也很難避免這種情況，要不給每間房配兩副耳塞？
早餐種類很多，但是味道太一般了，可以説不好吃
晚餐點了個套餐，還挺好吃的，難道不是一個廚房做的？挺奇怪
服務員都很熱情
