It took more than 4 hours to drive from Chongzuo Lishi to Bama, Guangxi, and we happened to see the sunset. It was so beautiful! The blessing lake is like a mirror! It’s almost August here in Guangxi and it’s pretty hot right now, with temperatures estimated to be 38 degrees during the day. It’s probably a good choice to take a hot spring here in winter! Bama longevity village attracts many migratory birds from all over the country, and many health care centers have been built here. Bama Cifu Lake Narada Resort Hotel is the largest and most complete jungle secret hotel in Bama. The hotel is surrounded by mountains, with green waters and green mountains. The room layout is atmospheric and comfortable, and the service is meticulous. The person who received us was Brother Long, who led the shuttle bus team like an elder brother. He was patient and a boy who was born in 2003. He learned his driver's license in advance and was very motivated. I am very grateful to the school for having the opportunity to intern here. I have a good attitude! My children and I had a foot bath and we could also watch a projected movie. There are several small hot springs next to the hot spring pool, as well as swimming pools for adults and children. You can rent a swimming ring for 10 yuan, which is very reasonable! There is also an infinity swimming pool in the hotel lobby, facing Cifu Lake. After 4 days and 3 nights, we went to Baimo Cave on the second day. We hired a tour guide to explain it for 100 yuan, and then walked around for almost an hour and a half. The round trip took a total of 3 and a half hours. On the other side of Baimo Cave, you also pass Changshou Village and Bainiao Rock. You can buy tickets at the hotel. If you buy online, remember to go one hour in advance. Thank you Brother Long, Li Limei, and the young girls and boys at the front desk, they are all great! The cleaning staff are also very nice and deliver things quickly. This hotel must be given a thumbs up. The entire tourism in western and northern Guangxi gives people the impression that the locals lack service awareness, or there is no service awareness at all. Until I came to this hotel, I experienced what service is. The tourists' cars were parked in the parking lot outside the hotel, and there were dedicated commuter buses to serve tourists. After staying for two nights, the hotel truly made the commuter buses available at all times, with enthusiasm and no complaints. The same is true for room service. Any needs, such as food delivery, hot spring pool cleaning, water filling and water shutting off, are all responded to in a timely manner. The whole family feels great. Therefore, I put service first. The hotel's exterior is grand, see pictures. The interior is exquisite, stylishly planned, and planted with various trees and fruits, which is pleasing to the eye. The health and room facilities are satisfactory. A small reminder: the room voice wake-up equipment needs regular maintenance. The air conditioner in the two-bed bedroom of the villa where I stayed did not meet the needs in high temperature environments.

The best hotel in Bama, the environment is very satisfactory, and the room is quite big. Unfortunately, the hot water is very small and you have to turn it on to the hottest place to wash it. Otherwise, it will be cold water, which is particularly unfriendly to long hair. The same goes for dinner. I was extremely disappointed. When I ordered at the restaurant, I was told that the food would be very slow due to too many diners, so I ordered the 198 yuan set meal. The hot lemon duck dish was served as a cold pre-made dish, and the Yaojia brown sugar glutinous rice cake was actually inside a corn tortilla. It was still cold, so I reported it to the waiter and said that was the case. Later, I was told to take it in and ask the kitchen to make a new one. The taste of the food was not good, so I basically didn’t eat much. The breakfast options were quite rich, and there were complimentary bubbles. The foot bath is just a bucket with some hot water. There is no other service. The hot spring only has 5 small pools, which is a bit disappointing.

The hotel has hot springs, infinity swimming pool, health Yao foot bath service, gym, chess and card room, table tennis, children's amusement park, billiards, and game machine room. Children love swimming the most and have a lot of fun. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Although it is a 17-year-old hotel, the overall feeling is still very good. Environment: The environment is like a fairyland with fresh air. No wonder there are so many centenarians here. Service: The service must exceed five stars! This is my second time here, and I also brought my relatives and friends with me. We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm that day. A shuttle bus was waiting in the parking lot to take us to the hotel. The front desk girl, Zhang Xning, was lovely, enthusiastic and professional. She also left a WeChat message for us so that we can contact her anytime if needed. Like a personal butler. Of course, other hotel staff are also warm and polite. They always smile and say hello when they see us. If we have any questions, we can ask them anytime and solve them at any time. I like this hotel very much and will definitely visit again in the future.
