Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards

I attended an event at the hotel the weekend of August 3-7. The entire experience was positive from check in to check out. All staff had good attitudes, were pleasant and accomodating. The facility was clean and the restaurant food was good. The luncheon (our main event) was first class, delicious and plentiful. In all, the weekend was very enjoyable. From Ms Allison, the manager, to Tevin, the bellman, the entire staff is to be commended for their service.

Ctrip's club suites are free to use the club's exclusive lounge, breakfast (6:00-9:30), free Wi-Fi and free parking, you can see that the hotel is old, but the maintenance is not bad; The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the first night of the stay. The clothes on Saturday were good for me on Monday morning (no laundry service on Sunday). As a result, I asked the front desk to wash the clothes on Monday morning. Wash, the fastest can only get at 1 o'clock in the afternoon,

The building of this hotel has a history of 120 years. The location is on the edge of the inner harbor. The pier is just outside the window. The surrounding area is safe. You can walk around the window and watch the sunrise. The breakfast is great! Welcome to Kunshi, courteous and attentive, it is a very rare experience!

This is my second time staying at the Springhill Suites in the last 4 months. It has quickly become my go-to hotel when I am in time visiting family. The rooms are clean, fresh, and the entire staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Kudos to Alison the GM for running such a smooth operation !

I spent one weekend night here. My GPS took me to the stores in front of the hotel. I was in a Williams and Sonoma parking lot so if that happens to you, just know you need to follow the road next to the parking garage to behind the Williams and Sonoma and you'll find the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, I'm just mentioning it in case it happens to you too. The two gentlemen at the front desk for check in were both very nice. I went to my room and found it to be clean and very spacious. It was very dark though and the whole inside of the room and hotel just seems old. The room was pretty hot when I got in there but it was the hottest weekend of the year and I figured had just been hotter because housekeeping turned the temperature up like a lot do after somebody checks out. At check in, I had asked about a restaurant but they said that theirs closed during Covid and never reopened. They did give me a sheet with a bunch of local recommendations for other restaurants. I picked one of those and when I went back to the lobby to go eat, I overheard workers talking about the broken AC. So the reason my room was hot is because the whole hotel's AC had gone out. This just happens, I get it. I'll say that the hotel had somebody out there in just a couple hours to have it fixed and my room was getting cool by the time I was ready to go to bed which was good. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 0745 on Saturday morning and their breakfast doesn't start until 0800 on the weekends. It's earlier on a weekday. I wish this policy would be changed. The price was reasonable and the location was pretty convenient for what I was in town for. I'm not sure I would stay here again though if I ever end up staying in Baltimore again.

High praise to the Valet staff at this hotel!! We had concerns after reading reviews on other valet staffs at hotels in the area we stayed in that our car would be safe. Every attendant we encountered was prompt, courteous & friendly. Our car was unharmed. We felt another bonus of this hotel is they have a pull off area for check in & out and for picking up & dropping off our car.. Our 3 star rating relates to the carpet, sofa, mattress & bedspread in our room. They all need replacing. Otherwise we would have given them a higher rating. The bathroom seemed more up to date & was very clean. We did not require maid service so nothing to say in regards to this service. We stayed on the 12th floor in a King with a sofa room & had a somewhat limited but great view of the harbor & across to the football & baseball parks. As a bonus, this HGI had security guards visible at all times. Another bonus is you can enter a Starbucks from the hotel lobby. We did not dine there but did stop by the bar one evening. We understand employees in that area are ready to go home by the end of their shifts, but instead of telling us it was closing time they just promptly turned off the lights & walked away. We felt there was a better way to have handled this. To summarize, we would say that we were very happy with our choice for our stay in the Inner Harbor area & would stay there again.. We looked at the pros & cons of EVERY hotel in that area & were glad we chose this HGI.
