The stay was good. However, walls are a little thin and neighbors were noisy. Stay was still fair though.

There are several points
*hotel close to bus stop lightrail stop
*close to Lexington Market
*the towel had a lot of hair so I had to ask to change the towel, there is a pet friendly area so maybe it was dog hair but didn't they wash it thoroughly?
*the receptionist is not neat but nice, when I ask for help they always help

It's really a very bad hotel, the environment is not safe, the staff is seriously insufficient, not only there is no three-piece bathing suit in the room, there is not even hand sanitizer or soap, the sound insulation is not good, and all the sounds outside the door can be heard. At this price, I can live in a good hotel in China. The experience is really bad 👎

The lack of cleanliness was unreal. There was hair everywhere when we arrived, and a window was left open. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and most of the furniture had missing finishes. The linen were dingy yellow color, and there was no soap. I was asked to give a $25 cash deposit but not a credit card for incidentals. I have included a picture of their pillows.

Worse place ever , very dirty , unprofessional, lied about parking in their description, lobby filled with homeless people
Elevator smells bad and doesn’t work. Room does not have sheet or iron
I’ll never book here , and I recommend any one else not too

Front desk personal was great.
The first room, the heater/ac was non operational and disgusting. They moved us to another room.
This one was acceptable, but the outlets in the bathroom were non working.
Also, scheduled room for 3 adults and had only coffee, towels for 1 person and no shampoo at all.

I've stayed here plenty of times but the last time I stayed here was the worst!!
There was some young people staying across the hall from us and they must of partied too much because somebody got sick and the paramedics came but they were extremely noisy and slamming doors all night. When I called downstairs they just made excuses for them and didn't address the issue with them. And when my boyfriend looked out the door to see what was going on a young intoxicated girl said something smart and my boyfriend had to address her and when I went to the door I had to put her back into a child's place where she belonged. Never the less hopefully next time we won't have to experience that again
