The hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!

The location was better than I thought. I stayed for 6 days on a family trip, and for some reason, the room key didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk every day to renew it, which was the most inconvenient. The breakfast menu was just average, but the person preparing it didn't check it properly, so there was a lot of mold on the cream cheese, and it didn't look good to see them moving and touching the food by hand. If I visit Baltimore again, I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again.

The area was not a good neighborhood. The hotel has no parking. You pay $50 day for valet parking which you are forced to do basically and its in a big garage across the street. If you come back after 11pm there's no valet attendant and you have to park your car yourself and yet you pay $50 daily. They do bring your car to you when you request it via an app. The hotel and room was very nice, clean and modern. One of the best rooms for the price.
