Please look for another place to stay.
I can only describe this place as absolute filth in all aspect. I can't believe that the Comfort Inn's upper management do not care about this hotel operation.

Booked a room for two nights. We weren’t able to make the first night due to personal reasons and notified them. Upon arrival on the second day they cancelled the ENTIRE reservation as a “no-show” even though I told them I was arriving a day later so instead of losing one night of $$, lost both nights and had to book a whole new hotel.

Bedbugs. Filthy sticky floor. Moldy bathroom. Hormones to a second room. Smoke detector was off the wall and on the counter. AVOID.

The condition of the hotel was not disclosed at booking. Even though it's a non smoking hotel, it was obvious our room had smokers previously. The smoke detector kept going off. The staff just told us to remove it completely as there was no maintenance staff available to fix. The room lacked a coffee table and only one 3 seater sofa for our group of 6. The washroom was.mouldy and dirty. The AC unit did not work properly as our room was very hot all day and night. We needed to find a safe spot to park our minivan with overhead cargo bin. None of the lots could accommodate. The staff could not help and did not know where we could park. We ended up finding our own valet parking at the Hilton Garden Inn, a full 20 minute walk away.

The staff was very helpful when the microwave in the roomnstarted on fire. They replaced it the same day and also cleaned out the sink drain so the water would go down.

The stay at the Comfort Inn was good. They serve a generous hot breakfast every morning. The room was spacious. And the gym was conveniently availability.
Despite the overall positive experience, the mattress was extremely lumpy.

Everything from check-in to check-out was very nice and interactions with front desk and restaurant staff was extremely pleasant and so helpful! Room was wonderful and provided much comfort, restaurant was really nice and food was delicious. This was a short overnight stay in between travels but ready to go back and enjoy the Inner Harbor area.
Parking is across the street to the left, if facing front of hotel entrance, covered parking garage - we did not see that until front desk associates pointed it out. We did, however, park in another covered garage to the side and down the street. Experience was GREAT in ALL WAYS!

Very convenient close to harbor and attractions great view of the harbor from our room staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly we enjoyed our visit and stay

Front desk was ok. We for early checkin so that was cool. Room was clean, bed was comfy. There were huge RATS (the size of cats) outside in the alleyway. BIGGEST turnoff was no free parking. The parking garage across the street said DAILY parking $28. We checked in at 2pm and left at 9am. Sooooo i figured 19 hours is considered 1 DAY. But when we went to pay they charged me $61. Apparently the "DAY" RESETS at 4AM. So that means i would have needed to check out of the hotel at 3:59 AM ??? Come on........ I was furious. We called and emailed the parking garage. They NEVER called us back or emailed us. Never going to this hotel again. We will stay at a hotel outside of the city with free parking.
