Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.

My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows. We will never stay there again. And someone needs to address these issues and concerns. There were areas in the room that looked especially dirty (the headboard of the beds) So many noises at night from pipes, carts rolling, and what sounded like mice in the room scurrying. Some check in staff were nice and accomodating, one male check in staff was very dismissive with questions regarding parking.

Someone somking cigs horrible smell all night long. No water pressure at all. One of the worst place my wife and i stayed at in md. Red roof inn was so much better hands down. Never again. I should have gotten a refund
