There was no one at the front desk when when we arrived. We only needed to sleep and shower for a quick 1 night trip. When we entered I was happy with the size and started looking for same brand hotels for future trips to Dallas Myrtle beach and Florida …..
Upon trying to shower at 10am there was not a drop of warm/ hot water. The only way to shower would have been a polar plunge. I called the front desk and the lady working said she was unaware of any issue and that probably everyone in the building was trying to shower. There was no solution or apology. If I knew I could not shower I would not have stayed here to half the price.
Unfortunately now I will not stay or recommend this hotel franchise.

I liked the place, quiet room and great staff. I will be back. My room was close to elevator and it was not ok all around from elevator noise level. That "ding" may need to be turned off, it is just annoying to folks like me in the room keep hearing it.

Was disappointed that this location did not have the breakfast that most are known for. Everything else was pretty good. Good water pressure in the shower.

Very disappointed for my one night stay. The room was cold so we turned on the heater. The heater made such a loud noise that not even my noisecancelling earphones could help. I asked if we could get a different room, but because there were no housekeepers due to New Years Day, which I understand, they only had one room cleaned up and weren’t able to accomodate our complaint. We asked for blankets at least because we felt like we’d get sick, but what we got was a mattress cover. Again, no blankets due to no housekeepers. Had to keep the heater on, or else we would’ve freezed to death. Couldnt sleep because of the loud heater noise.

Upon arrival there was an issue with our reservation - but the manager took care of us. Use of washer/dryer was free; (had to buy soap n their little convenience store but we didn’t care) very clean; nice employees. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very good. Great room and amenities for the price we paid. Just two issues....one the phone in our room didn't work and we couldn't get in touch with the front desk. Second, nowhere in the booking of the room do they tell you they do not have parking on site and that you'll have to go to a garage to park ($22).
