Olá, avaliei com uma estrela porque não condiz o que é cobrado (550,00) com o que é oferecido, a agora eu vou explicar porque: Os quartos são mal-projetados, pois são grandes mas não tem tudo que você precisa, por exemplo, geralmente os quartos tem uma bancada para por a mala aberta esse não tinha, tinha uma mesa de trabalho porém não tinha cadeira (tive que pedir uma na recepção, que eu mesmo fui buscar), a pia do banheiro é baixa e pequena, mal cabe uma necessarie. O registro do chuveiro estava solto, avisei a recepção, falaram alguem iria olhar mas não vieram. Checkin: 11:00 checkout:14:00, geralmente é checkin as 12:00 e checkout as 14:00 Café regular: Geralmente o café da manhã tem 5 grupos: - bolos biscoitos doces - snacks: torta salgada, coxinha, kibe - proteina, ovos, salsicha, bacon - bebidas, fria/quente - frutas No Hotel 10 não tinha os snacks.

Hotel limpo e agradável. Tem acessórios fundamentais como cabides e o lavabo e fora do banheiro que facilita o seu uso. Na noite q estive lá não ouvi nenhum barulho, acústica boa.————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Fui atendido com muita agilidade pelo canal do WhatsApp. O hotel é excelente, desde o café da manhã, que é muito bem servido, até os quartos, que são extremamente organizados e confortáveis. O atendimento foi simpático e rápido, garantindo uma ótima experiência em todos os aspectos. Recomendo!

Balsas possui dois bons hoteis. O Premier e o 10. Sempre fico no Premier mas, dessa vez, resolvi conhecer o 10. Que bela surpresa. Hotel novo. Energia boa. Quarto amplo. Conveniência 24h. Sem dúvida passa a ser minha primeira opção na cidade.
