Gostei muito de passar minha estadia no hotel quarto bem limpo e com sacada , pscina ótima café da manhã ótimo ,concerteza voltarei a ficar nele
E claro que tive que pagar estacionamento , como todos os Hotéis de Balneário

QUARTOS BOM , LIMPEZA BOA CAFE BOM, TIVEMOS PROBLEMA COM ESTACIONAMENTO DO HOTEL , QUE SUJARAM TODO NOSSO CARRO COM RESTOS DE OBRA ATE DENTRO ,POIS DEIXARAM A PORTA ABERTA ARRANHAO DEVIDO AO CIMENTO E RESTO DE OBRA , NEM O HOTEL E NEM A EMPRESA RESPONSAVEL ASSUMIRAM OS CUSTOS

Poor parking system. Very slow. The price is medium but it means a bad value for money, cause the room, although clean, is very simple and lacks maintenance. Water infiltration inside the bathroom. Low shower pressure. Air conditioning is good. Amenities are low quality. It is restricted to soap and shampoo. The fridge is ok. The bed also ok. The front desk is not friendly. The worst is the breakfast. Orange juice artificial and low quality yogurt cannot happen. The coffee is bad. All other things like sauna, swimming pool, bar where not used, but it wouldn’t change my evaluation.

Achei o hotel caro pelo o que ele oferece. Quartos não são novos como aparentam ser nas fotos do site. Roupa de cama e banho gastas precisando ser substituídas por novas. Limpeza deixa bastante a desejar. Corredores dos quartos tem um odor desagradável e permanente que não consegui identificar do que seria. Colchão e chuveiro bons. Funcionários da recepção que estavam durante o dia foram simpáticos e cordiais. Funcionário da recepção que estava à noite era bastante confuso e não prestou um bom atendimento. Café da manhã razoável mas pelo preço da diária poderia ser melhor. Não retornarei.

O único ponto positivo é a localização, que é ótima mas de resto… café da manhã bem mais ou menos, ninguém te ajuda com as malas (primeiro hotel de vários que já fomos que ninguém nos ajuda) e simplesmente tomamos banho em uma água congelando porque o hotel estava com problemas, e não menos importante O ESTACIONAMENTO DESTRÓI O SEU CARRO pra entrar e sair dele! Com certeza absoluta não ficaremos uma segunda vez

Vou citar aqui os pontos positivos: boa localização, café da manhã bem completo, até me surpreendeu o fato do café da manhã, ar condicionado bom no quarto, estacionamento fica fora as x do hotel mas nada que atrapalhe. A equipe da tarde da recepção não foi muito simpática, nada receptivos, bem secos com os hóspedes. Quarto com lençóis e edredom manchados, as toalhas são bem ásperas, o banheiro não estava com uma limpeza muito boa, nas paredes tinha três traças que permaneceram lá por toda a estadia de 4 dias. Quando cheguei tive problema com a televisão, pedi para alguém verificar e veio um rapaz com um controle que mal funcionava, pior do que o que já estava no quarto que também não funcionava. No segundo dia teve um problema com a água, ao ligar falaram que não tinha previsão para resolver o problema, bem secos, nem ao menos um desculpa teve, tivemos que tomar banho gelado após um dia de parque, pelo valor poderia ser um hotel mais agradável, a recepção eh linda por fora, mas os quartos não são da mesma forma.
