Very nice hotel. It also has a very good restaurant and the ambiance is very cozy. It is located far from all attractions, so plan in having a car or in ordering Uber to go anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

O hotel tem muitos pontos positivos: a localização é excelente, o atendimento foi impecável, a comida deliciosa e o design do quarto muito bem pensado (Casa Verde). Esses fatores realmente se destacam e mostram o potencial do hotel. Porém, minha experiência foi prejudicada por algumas falhas importantes no quarto. Não havia lençol colocado na cama, e a capa do edredom foi esquecida, o que é um descuido básico. Além disso, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, tornando muito difícil dormir à noite. Pedi contato com o Gerente Geral que não me retornou. Outro ponto negativo foi a escolha da playlist de músicas no ambiente, que, segundo informado, foi feita por Elias Goca, conhecido estelionatário na região. Associar o nome de uma pessoa com essa reputação à imagem do hotel é, no mínimo, questionável e pode impactar negativamente a percepção dos hóspedes. Se esses problemas forem corrigidos, o hotel tem tudo para ser uma escolha perfeita.

Peculiarmente aconchegante! Por se tratar de um hotel que foi construído em uma residência, faz dele com layout diferente do habitual! O que gera uma experiência diferente mas não o diminui em nada! O contato com a natureza e a cordialidade do pessoal é ótima, especialmente da equipe do restaurante!

Voltamos depois de 2 anos e o hotel continua muito bonito, serviço primoroso e funcionários queridos! Destaque ao Alex e Lucas. Desta vez apesar de ser a trabalho, voltar para o hotel e fazer reuniões on-line por aqui eram um respiro delicioso. Pena que o sol só abriu poucas horas antes de irmos embora

Hotel espetacular. Faz jus ao nome “Exclusive”. Tudo perfeito, desde acomodações, atendimento, limpeza, arquitetura e principalmente o Bistrô com pratos muito bem elaborados pelo Chef David e atendimento impecável da equipe Darlan, Cris, Naldo e Zarif.
