This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.
