We had searched for days for a guesthouse which accepted dogs and I am so glad and grateful we found the Glen Lodge. Barbara was an amazing host and tended to all of our needs. As soon as we arrived we were offered tea, biscuits and buns. We were then taken to our room on the bottom floor which was the family room and was absolutely spotless! Great comfy bed, en suite and what’s more our wee dog absolutely loved it too. Thank you barbara for our warm welcome. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, warm welcoming B&B to stay in Michelle Kernan

I travel a lot for extended periods (months) and switch lodgings frequently, so I usually do not write reviews, but in this case I really felt I should. Barbara is easily the best hostess to ever host me. She went out of her way to accommodate me. The house was beautiful, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was phenomenal, and the location was great for visiting several AONBs in the area. I highly recommend Glen Lodge.

A really excellent B and B . I stayed with 4 family members to attend a funeral nearby and Barbara was an exceptional hostess. House is lovely, rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfasts are huge and delicious. Barbara works hard to make everyone very welcome. I would definitely go back
