This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Been a few times for spa days with my family . Absolutely gorgeous hotel with under ground car park . The spa is just off the lobby area. Lovely relaxing environment with really clean facilities. Sauna and steam room are lovely. Lovely comfy robes and slippers. Treatments are fantastic. The staff are amazing. The relaxation room is divine , I didn’t want to leave !!

We had a great table number 1 for the darts in hotel we had our drinks on the table and then had to queue to meet the players we were the 1st people at the table. Before we went I saw these people hovering at our table but had no seats. As soon as we were in queue they took our seats. They were the most disgusting people I have ever met. They wouldn't move I went to the organisers but they just said sorry and moved us because there was only 2 of us and 4 of them. Manager of hotel came over apologised but didn't do anything. Be very very careful if u book this anywhere because they really really don't care once they have your money and I actually paid for VIP tickets, so again be v careful. I most definitely would not recommend anything about this night or place.

Went for a spa treatment with my daughter. Had the use of the facilities and also the relaxation room which was fab. Jean provided the treatments and it was the best massage and facial I've ever received! Will definitely be back. The sorbet was a delicious surprise after the treatment 😁

Overall a nice evening at a function but couldn't help notice the state of the main toilets. Wood all damp and peeling from urine actually made me feel a bit sick. Just shocked that a four star hotel wouldn't hold a higher standard. Overall a good hotel but this really gave me the ick.
