The highlight: 1. It is very recommended for honeymoon 2. If you're lucky, you will get a chance to see the monkey in the morning 3. The room.. will gave you some kinda tropical vibes but mixed with modern things that you need (alexa, smart tv, fast wifi, you name it) 4. The Wild Air Cafe is very recommended for romantic dinner 5. There is a view of car parking space, don't worry 6. The spa... you should try it! 7. Car parking space is limited but dont worry the staff will help you My only concern is you should put a big sign in front of the hotel because we're having difficulties to find the hotel using our rental car.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. We felt so pampered by them throughout our 4 days stay. We had to catch an early flight so we had to leave the hotel before they served breakfast. The hotel packed bread and fruits for us and even remembered my request for some lovely lime oranges which was not part of the breakfast they usually serve. Location was near monkey forest and monkey forest road where there are plenty of places for food and drinks as well as some shopping. Wished we had booked earlier so we could have gotten the villas instead of the second floor suites.

Amazing staff, quiet, peaceful, tucked out of the way yet a short walk to everything that Ubud has to offer. The food offered by the hotel was excellent and actually quite reasonably priced, breakfasts were a feast! The rooms themselves are well appointed, comfortable (although the mattress was a little hard for our liking), bathroom and toilet facilities were great, housekeeping staff were first class - to be honest, apart from a slightly firm bed, we found it very difficult to fault this hotel. In fact, it would have to rate as the best we’ve stayed in over the years and as such, will be our choice when we next return in November 2023.

Like their neighbour Bisma 8 Komenka is on the same stretch of rough pavers that someone in the Government's Tourist Department should fix as it's a wild ride to go down this road!! Komenka is on a wide sprawling estate somewhat wild in places and delightful to wander around in and a very pleasant outlook ...from our room's balcony anyway where one looks down onto the sprawling jungle and coconut palms with the sunset. None too much to fault here except the Breakfast ....we were first here in March just after Covid opening and back in May and there's been no change whatsoever to the Breakfast Menu and when one stays at about 2 weeks at a time it becomes a bit tedious and the quality is nowhere near their neighbour at Bisnma 8 !!

Amazing place with suburb customer care. Hotel staff from parking valley to reception to restaurant to room service and cleaning all high-class professionals making us feel welcome, smiling and greeting every single time we met and helping and advising all possible ways. Hotel breakfast was so nice and variety big that we ended up eating heavy breakfast before heading day's adventures and it carries us all the way to supper. Hotel has a spa you must try. Ladies there had magical touch with Balinese massage which was pure bliss. Pool area was nice and cozy and service worked there as well. Hotel has laundry service you wanna use to go back home with suitcase full of clean clothes. Everything during the whole visit went so well that se were sorry to end the holiday. Hotel will also arranged extra suprises if your accompanion has a special day so make sure to ask about them forehand. Terimakasi!

We stayed in a downstairs super deluxe room for 4. nights. On the positive side: The staff were friendly. The grounds by the lower pool are pleasant Close to Monkey Forrest and plenty of restaurants in the street. On he downside: Bath / shower did not drain No hot water in the bathroom basin Small leaks and a smell of sewage in the bathroom Wifi was patchy Room very dark and unable to read in the evening Bed had definitely seen better days. In short, a significant amount of maintenance is required to bring this property up to even a moderate standard

I stayed at the hotel in January 2020. Unlike other reviews, the rich breakfast at the hotel is a buffet breakfast. The road in front of the hotel has also been repaired as a stone road. The hotel does not currently have a shuttle. Walk to the Royal Palace, Ubud Market takes 20-25 minutes. Walking to Sacred Monkey Park is a path opposite to the Royal Palace. It takes 10-16 minutes. From the hotel to the airport, the airport transfer service is 150 yuan, which is cheaper than calling from Ubud. There is a restaurant which makes a pork chop just 50k diagonally across the left hand side of the hotel. Two swimming pools are suitable for different people. The hotel is not large, and there are more than 20 rooms. In short, the price is very high. recommend

Cottages are all ground floor with a balcony with garden view. Built in traditional Javanese Joglo style there is two buildings each with two rooms. The 32m2 room is tastefully decorated in a vintage style2 Bedroom Cottage, This new room category is two connecting cottage rooms. Perfect for groups of friends, two couples and families of up to six persons (adults or children) There is two separate bedrooms each with 1 x Queen Bed and 2 separate bathrooms with shower. Two extra beds can be added to accommodate maximum 6 persons. The rooms have garden view are close to the swimming pool and share the same balcony. All rooms are air conditioned with safety box and there is also two mini fridges.

what an amazing stay! this was by far my favourite hotel on our vacation around bali. we did have quite a few uninvited guests make an appearance (geckos) but it didn’t bother us as everything else made up for it. an awesome pool with sun-beds, a wonderful view from our balcony, a mini fridge in the hotel room, a decently sized bed, an air con and a very clean/well maintained bathroom made staying in this hotel memorable as the hotel is located near several pubs keep in mind that you might hear loud music each night till around 11-1130pm. there also seemed to be a bit of a language barrier when speaking to a couple of the staff. they didn’t quite understand us when we mentioned we wanted a vegetarian option as they served us meat
