The service is very serious, the room is very good, exactly the same as the photo, very suitable for a quiet holiday, the waiter will come to order mosquito coils every day to clean and water the flowers, and will ask you what you want to eat tomorrow, breakfast is in the kitchen of the room for you to make, tasted fried eggs, pancakes and fried noodles, very good. Just in time for my birthday, the hotel does not know how to know, may be seen when registering the passport, not only helped me arrange the bed (the elephant and the little person are very cute) but also all the staff came to sing my birthday song in the afternoon to eat cake and candles, and there was a feeling of Haidilao in an instant. All waiters are smiling service, and every time they say hello to you to help you carry your luggage and help you take a taxi to help you communicate with the locals. Very recommended

We booked Chandra Villas as we had read great reviews online. It absolutely was as good as the reviews! We arranged our airport pickup through Chandra and were warmly welcomed right from the start. All the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We rented a 3 bedroom private pool villa for 2 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The room sizes were very generous and each room had its own ensuite. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Everyone had good privacy but could all come together in the large open plan lounge, family and kitchen area and to sunbathe and play together in the pool. The outdoor area was larger than we expected and the pool with ideal for 6 people - even long enough for the adults to swim laps! Each day the staff arranged to come in and clean the gardens and pool, put out mosquito coils, make the beds and tidy the bathrooms but they did it so well we hardly noticed they were there. Our breakfasts were really well prepared every morning by our chef and there was a great range of options to choose from. All the facilities worked perfectly and the air con was spot on (it was 32 degrees each day we were there). In terms of location, it was as described - about 500m to the nearest beach and about the same to Eat Street in Seminyak. We either walked or took Gojek's to each location which was super easy. The Chandra also offers a free drop-off service around Seminyak so we used this to go slightly further on our explorations. The lovely ladies on Reception helped us book trips and shuttles to other locations like Legian, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Chandra is located in a precinct that has a whole lot of other villa complexes in it too so it felt safe. There was a handy Circle K (convenience store), a coffee shop and some local spa / nail / hair salon options within a 5 minute walk too.

For the start, IT'S HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE VILLA. I arrived today 06 July 2023 around 4pm. Upon arrival, we dont have a good impression from the lobby to reception and to the villa itself. Little did I expect, the villa should have done an early preparation or a good check up on the villa before the guest arrive. Deposit have been made upon booking and demand a full payment upon check in but we were given a super horrible villa stay. The villa was flooded, complimentary water bottle 1 opened, empty shampoo bottle, ugly and dented furniture with torn sofa, stains, dirty bedsheets and dusty, no slippers, deposit box not working, no pool towel, no bath soap, wet floor mat, rooms dirty n dusty, no iron board, villa key too old to open the door and many many many more. Very poor management. Highly not recommended. Waste of money and time Poor Management and staffs.

I stayed with my friends for three days. We are number six and friends are number three. However, it is obvious that the number six is much larger than the living room in the third room. You can refer to it. Daily meal, recommend fried noodles fried rice. A road bar at the door, spa clothing, and a shopping mall on the left. But the quiet hotel is very quiet. We also borrowed a motorcycle for a few days at the hotel for a few days, in short, it is highly recommended. It’s a little mosquito room air conditioner is very low and they don’t fly. There are mosquito coils and tablets in the room, and I will choose this place later.

We originally booked a one bed villa, but decided to upgrade to a two bed as we wanted some space after travelling bali together for s month. The. Villa was spacious with an outside kitchen. Good wifi and lovely plunge pool which was in direct sunlight all day Fantastic breakfast with great choice. My only criticism is that the breakfast should include fresh juice and unlimited tea and coffee. Myself being a travel agent I highly recommend this fabulous resort of beautiful one and 2 bed villas

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

Stayed here by myself for 10 days and i felt very relaxed, safe and happy here. The staff are all beautiful and the quiet pool was perfect. Highly recommend this little place for those on a budget and even if not it’s still a very lovely Balinese hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Reski Asih for a superb stay.
