Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

It was a wonderful stay! Very kind and welcoming hotel! Close to the Nusa Dua Peninsula Beach which is a main tourist attraction. Many nice restaurants near by and next door to convenient stores and banks/atms! Also just a short distance from the Discovery Shopping Mall which is amazing with another beach there as well good for swimming and surfing! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and am very happy to return soon!

Very Pleasant to stay in this hotel Big Hotel Rooms with Veranda AC Central which is very affordable Bathroom Shower and Bathub Spacious Rooms Staff very helpfull Breakfast with variety choices Both Room Service Teams and Housekeeping are excellent and Also Front office team and Engineering team are helpfull Overall we were like it stay in this hotel and absolutely coming back next year to stay again PS: they also have 10% off Ask Front Office Teams

Entschuldigen Sie die späten Bewertungen für dieses wunderbare Hotel, ich war für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel selbst liegt im Zentrum von Nusa Dua und ist sehr strategisch. Sie können leicht viele Restaurants, Geldautomaten, Geldwechsel und den Strand in der Nähe finden, aber ich empfehle Ihnen, das Zimmer mit Poolblick anstelle von Straßenblick zu buchen sein Lob in den Nächten. Beim ersten Frühstück gibt es an diesem Tag kein glutenfreies Brot, nachdem ich mit einem der dort zuständigen Mitarbeiter gesprochen habe, am nächsten Tag wird es jeden Tag angeboten. Ich war erstaunt und beeindruckt, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit das Personal hier ist, Major Ein großes Lob an Ana von der Rezeption, sie hilft uns freundlicherweise, auch wenn sie nicht aus der Hotelabteilung stammt. Ich werde dieses Hotel meinen Freunden empfehlen, Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland

We have a good honeymoon stay with Conrad hospitality service. Room is well decorated and comfy bed, amenities was complete, aircon and WiFi all work well. Nearby walking distance have some local Warung eatery convenience store to hunt some need, this is good point. The only thing was our room assigned near to the Chapel so clash up the wedding party so a bit noisy during the night (until 10pm around), recommend request to reception during the check in. Breakfast is great with many choice selection, open 7am daily. Pool is huge so can swim n chill well, we enjoy the facilities. Thank you again to Conrad team, wish to be there again soon.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Merusaka! It's a beautiful property that's a rare Indonesian owned and run hotel in the resort central of Bali. We stayed in a pool access rooms which was particularly perfect for a family with a baby. It's only 1.2m deep which is perfect for getting the littlies used to water in a somewhat private space (only shared with 4 other rooms and no one else was ever in the pool when we were!). Bed was gigantic and so comfy, great shower, huge bath (did not use) and a sofa lounger perfect for chilling and breastfeeding on. Great breakfast and facilities at the Merusaka. Never short of a lounge chair at the beautiful stretch of beach just infront of the hotel. The morning sunrise yoga was perfect way to start the day and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Super walkable to the gates of the ITDC so you can explore the world yonder. Felt like literally next door to Bali Collection. Left my son's swim hat at the hotel and staff coordinated with me and GoJek to send the hat to me in Legian. Could not fault the Merusaka. Wonderful wonderful stay - thank you. We will be back.

We had booked 2Nights for 2 rooms stay during Nyepi Day. Midnight checked-in was handled and warm welcomed by Taufik — Front Office. Even he was arranging and provide us the Sahur Menu. Special thank you to Pak Handri — Front Office Manager who went out of his busy morning and just engage in warm and showing his genuine care and gave us extra attention to our needs. Even at the dinner time, he has tried to call us to the room to reconfirm about our dinner time. Sri — Team Member at the breakfast and dinner is pleasant and helpful. She obviously does everything she can to constantly took care of us. Ferdi — Front Office Agent had called us and looking up after us for the Sahur Menu arranging and reconfirming our Sahur Time as well as the Sahur Menu. I had called to Operator/Front Office was asking about the headache’s medicine. Aldi — Front Office Team was very attentive and helpful. He had informed us that unfortunately there is no clinic available at the hotel. However, after that he tried to call us back to check and sent us the Panadol in less than 3minutes! (He also reconfirm to me whether I have any allergic with the medicine or not) Truly first class! ❤️ Thank you Sunrise Aventus Team and we definitely will be back for the next visit! 🎉

Amazing historical Balinese architecture needs to be greatly valued and the staff many of whom have worked there for many years are really nice. The hotel should be nominated as part of a historical society to hold up & maintain its heritage. It's an amazing old hotel with lovely gardens. & Balinese statues & water features everywhere. It's being renovated at the moment, but the staff said they hope to have the main lobby restored very soon and are doing trial run sometime this month. For now, you have to check into the hotel through a side entrance at Ayodhya palace which was traditionally used for exclusive guests. Previous reviews have criticized the hotel, due to the renovation work going on & yes, they should notify people who book that it is under renovations and when it is due to be finished trough their website. We had 2 rooms & we were upgraded to grand deluxe rooms & thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff were so nice. Extremely quite & peaceful no paint smells or workers being noisy. We got a great deal. Bicycles are free to use by patrons. The main pool is still under renovation but the front pool near the beach is still operating. Waterfall restaurant is open for breakfast lunch & dinner. Other small cafes by the pool are open. The spa sadly is closed but may reopen with a new contractor soon I am told. Please be understanding of what the Ayodya hotel & its staff have been through. It has been shut down during covid for 2 years and is only just re-opening. They need tourists to support them. & if you want value for money, you can get a great deal whilst staying at the hotel right now. Just ask to be placed in a room away from any renovation noise or paint smells. The staff will look after you very well as they did for us. this hotel is quite simple, but for business travellers or travellers on budget, this is a gem! the room is not small, normal, clean, Aircon working silently and smooth, all standard amenities is in the room such as speeders, soap and shampoo, tooth brash and tooth past, clean towels, tv, window or with balcony. Breakfast is on lobby level, quite wide range of choices, Indonesian and American bfast. Within walking distance one can reach a pharmacy, and 3 minimarkets (Indomaret and Alfamart) and a Spa! Next door is a local laundry with express services available. Local ”warungs” for food and fruits. If one doesn't want to go out for diner, you can order yours through delivery services. They have a good size of swimming pool, good for exercise. Long story short, this is an awesome hotel!
