This hotel was fantastic. This was a small hotel that offers so much to its guests. We stayed here for 6 days, so we booked a suite. The room was great with plenty of room to sleep and sit, as well as great closet space and a nice bathroom. The concierge was great. The concierge assisted us with travel plans, arranging a great tour guide, and making great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast each day was great with good choices and wonderful service. We were in a great location - close to the train station and the Duomo. We enjoyed playing billiards and having a drink at the bar in the evening. This will be the hotel we will book when we return to Florence. Everything was superb.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

They send cleaning staff according to the travel arrangements every day. They are cleaned twice a day, morning and evening, and the services are very targeted. This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

The location of the room is good, in the urban area, the room can be considered as a big, very fine hotel! The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. Breakfast dining environment is also good! The layout of the room, a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧 will not be crowded when staying! The child's bed is on the other side of the room. Good space, three suitcases don't feel too crowded! The bathroom space is not small, the shower room is very interesting, it is flexible and retractable! The hotel's air conditioner is a bit hot, and the air conditioner is turned off, but I still feel a bit hot! Everything else is fine! Very cost-effective hotel.

Great hotel, the staff was welcoming, breakfast was ok, the American breakfast on the first day of the sleeping room, you can see the swimming pool from the door, the hotel location is good, there is a large parking lot inside! Looking at the previous evaluation, I said that I felt sand in the water when I was taking a bath. I was still worried, but after I came, I found that the water was sufficient and it was quite clean! The air conditioner is also quite sufficient. It is winter in Bali now and you can sleep without turning on the air conditioner at night! There are many shops selling things around. It's not convenient because it's a little far from the beach. The beach here is not very good. There are a lot of seaweed on the beach!

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!
