The Intercontinental Hotel is one of the best in Bali. The service at the hotel is at the highest level! Daily cleaning, and very attentive staff. Restaurants with very tasty food, there are 6 or more of them, a sooo large main pool and many more on the territory, a children's area, shops with clothes and souvenirs, there is also a schedule of various events that are held at the hotel, in general, here you will find an amazing rest and leisure. Thank you so much for our wonderful romantic vacation

The hotel is okay, but it just happened to be under renovation recently, and I kept digging through the wall when I was resting in the afternoon. Then because of the renovation, they didn't have enough rooms. We asked them for late checkout several times and they only gave us until 1 o'clock. Not very human. The interior of the room is okay, but the door is not windproof. When the wind and rain are blowing, you can always hear the whine of the wind from the door and window. Children can be a little scared at night. It has been renovated but not a big change, it is still a bit old. But the room was quite comfortable.
