We booked the room without a window since it was the cheapest, but honestly, we weren’t disappointed at all. The room was still clean and comfy, and the service was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, and on days we had early tours, they packed meals for us to take—though the packed breakfast was just okay, it was still a nice gesture. The location worked really well for us too—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Always a blast staying at Potato Head. If you’re staying with 2 kids i suggest to book a the sky view sanctuary or on the rooftop suites. They can provide 2 sofa bed for free of charge As always, during our trip we only stay most of the time in the hotel since there are a lot of activities and a lot of restaurants that can be explored For kids there are few kids activities over the weekend and also i encourage to take the waste tour and there’s a mini workshop towards the end Overall, i always felt that this hotel is quite pricey but i understand they’re trying to sell the overall “good vibes” and also the excellent hospitality

had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with nearby attractions/shopping/dining just a short walk or drive away. What truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The service was impeccable! All the staff are friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The room was huge and spacious, with everything we need in it. There are comfortable deckchairs on the rooftop to chill in the evening, daily activities for guests. Breakfast spread and quality is great too. Was surprised with a birthday cake during breakfast on my birthday, and in the evening the bed was beautifully decorated by housekeeping Sugi! All the lovely gestures by the team at Kanvaz makes this place feel like a big family.

Lovely stay. Pool decking need an upgrade and many pool tiles lifting. But overall we enjoyed our time. We have stayed many times and will stay again. Great for families and kids

We had an amazing time at Hotel Indigo Seminyak (this is our favourite hotel in Bali and we have came here twice). The rooms are amazingly beautiful and the service is unbeatable. There are 2 pools and the hotel is super close to the beach. It was also my family member's birthday and the hotel was kind enough to prepare a birthday cake for us which we really appreciate.

Great service from staff throughout the stay，they go out of the way to make you feel welcome. comfortable room. hotel is located at the boundary of canggu and seminyak. several eateries，conveniences stores and beach clubs nearby.

I hope the housekeeping team can be more careful in handling guests' belongings. - When I reported the issue, I didn't receive a follow-up or update on the status, which was disappointing. Had previously stayed at Deluxe Executive room which was great. This stay is at the Deluxe room - double bed. Sadly it was 2 twin mattresses joined together with an uncomfortable indent in the middle of the bed where the two mattress meet. Furthermore, both twin mattress are of different ‘age’ I guess. One of them well used - extremely soft and sinks right in. The other is firmer. Hotel was recently reopened in Nov 24 (closed since covid?). Location was great for me. On the quiet end of Seminyak (no crazy traffics) It’s 10mins walk to Petitenget beach and 25mins to Seminyak Village. A fantastic Warung just outside the hotel, 2 cafes and a nail salon. Away from the crowd. Hotel staffs were all friendly and nice. Nice big pool too.

Excellent hotel. Great location, walking distance to Eat St. Beautiful rooms, very comfy bed, great staff. Restaurants were good too. If I had any negatives albeit small ones would be the road noise and the bottom pool gets little sun so was quite cold other than that thoroughly enjoyed the stay there
