Unagi's bit off location ideal for those who value serenity away from touristic spots. You'll need ur own car or motor bike to commute to Unagi, 20 min away from Ubud center. That's probably the main drawback.  Our room, common infinity swimming pool, garden-like pathway & intimate resto all clean & well maintained. All staffs quite helpful, courteous & warm interacting with us as hotel guest. We stayed for 4 nites during Bali's silent day (”Nyepi”) when guests aren't allowed to leave hotel within 24 hours. Yet we felt comfortable staying there. Will recommend friends & families 👍

We had AMAZING stay in this villa. Fully equipped, super clean, nice view spacious room and wonderful bathroom especially the bathtub, love it. It’s a little hidden in a small alley but still easy access to main road. Location is a bit south of main Ubud attraction tho, however we spent the whole day in the villa. Super comfy and would love to stay again. Thank you for the superb service.

We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend for two more nights. While we didn’t get the exact room we had hoped for, the staff went out of their way to find us a similar one, ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out. If you’re planning to immerse yourself in the many activities Ubud has to offer, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The service provided by the staff were awesome. They are always friendly and tries their best to fulfil your request. Every time when I return to the hotel from outside, they would say welcome back and ask if I need help with anything. Service is definitely not an issue. Breakfast options were amazing and you can pretty much skip lunch if you ate their breakfast. As for the bathroom, I felt that the curb was too low so the water kept seeping out. Other than the swimming pool and yoga, there weren't much things to do. I felt that the shuttle bus timings to the Coco Supermarket can be adjusted so that the interval would not be too long.

It was exactly like the picture and such a pretty accommodation! I've traveled abroad a lot, but this place was the best for staff friendliness (: Everyone was so friendly, the service was so good, and they always greeted me with a smile, so I felt so good! And the food sold at the restaurant was so, so delicious!!! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that it was a bit far from the center of Ubud, but the view itself was so romantic that it was worth it~ What was especially impressive was that the road to the accommodation was dark and inconvenient because I couldn't see the road well, but when my husband and I were walking toward the accommodation, we saw a big light in the distance, so we looked, and the hotel guard was shining a lantern in our direction until we arrived at the hotel..! I was so grateful for the detailed service~!!! The hotel was perfectly clean, but since there were grass and trees, we couldn't help but see a lot of bugs..ㅎㅎㅎ But they thoroughly cleaned up the bugs and bug bodies when cleaning the room.

During our stay, my child fell ill (digestive issue) and I was deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the receptionist and Service Express staff, particularly Safitri. She consistently followed up on my child's well-being, showing genuine care and attentiveness (from doctor recommendation, daily follow up, to complimentary plain porridge suited to my child's needs). I was truly impressed by their outstanding service and hospitality. Of course, the hotel's amenities were in line with the high standards expected of a five-star establishment.

Super cost-effective! It is a separate small villa, primitive and exquisite, I like this decoration very much. The small garden is also very elegant and beautifully maintained! The outdoor shower room is also very artistic. The bed is super comfortable,

The environment is good. The hotel has only about 10 rooms. It is relatively quiet. There are insects chirping in the morning. The service staff is very good. The front desk speaks fluent English. Other staff can also communicate in English. They are very kind people. We had a problem with the hot water that night, and they helped us solve it very actively. The room is large and comfortable, and the swimming pool is very clean. The hotel's own restaurant is very cheap. Two people can eat a full meal for 100-200. The food is very clean and there is no problem eating ice, so we basically eat all three meals in the hotel. The hotel has a free taxi service to the center of Ubud, and can also help rent a motorcycle at a reasonable price. At first, I was a little nervous because it was newly opened, but the actual check-in experience was very good. This is the first time I have written so many reviews. It is worth recommending! I will go there again next time.
