As shown in the pictures, the room is exceptional. It offers a spacious layout with a king-size bed, a large bathtub, and a patio sofa on the balcony overlooking the pool. The room also features a separate shower and toilet, along with a minibar and coffee machine for added convenience.
Breakfast was decent, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located—just a 3-minute walk to Kuta Beach and about 10 minutes to Beachwalk Shopping Centre. There are plenty of eateries, bars, massage centers, and convenience stores nearby.
The pool looked amazing, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use it due to time constraints during our short 2-night stay. Otherwise, I would highly recommend The Stones for a comfortable and relaxing resort experience in Legian.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
A very affordable stay with an excellent top floor pool and sun bathing area. The woven nest seats provide excellent shade and are comfortable. They even show free movies outside at night time.
The breakfast is simple but adequate and sets you up for the day. They have a cheap restaurant throughout the day and you can buy beers by the pool also. A great stay!

17th trip to Bali and second time I've stayed here. I love everything about it. Very accommodating staff...so nice and friendly. Amazing location too. Best value for money when compared to anywhere else I've stayed. Highly recommend The Jayakarta!
Hotel is well located near the busy and lively streets of Legian with a quick and easy access to Legian beach (5 minutes walking distance). Despite this proximity with the lively area, the hotel is very quiet and calm. It's also a good combination of old / traditional house / temple style with clean and modern rooms. We took a family room which was super spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. Restaurant offered decent breakfast and meals with the possibility to eat nearby the swimming pool. The team was always super friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was the swimming pool which while being super clean was also a bit aggressive to the eyes and the skin (our son who spent a lot of time in the pool got some irritations).
All hotel staff are amazing, polite and professional. They even help to pack our 6 am breakfast take away. However, We didn't have sea view room so it was facing the back of another building. Location wise is great which is along the beach side, basically walking distance to the beach and surfing schools. Rooftop bar and breakfast is organized but the range of food is not appealing. Room wise is good but furnitures and finishings shows aging. Toilet door doesn't keep shower waters from leaking to the room floor. The infinity pool is kind of small tho. The free laundry is always occupied with only 1 washer and 1 Dryer only. Overall stay is satisfactory.
The hotel facilities are quite new and clean, and both the lobby and the room are comfortable. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. The service staff are friendly and the CP value is really high for this price.
The impressions were mixed, the hotel has a very good location, it is close to the sea, but to get there by a short route - you have to walk through unpleasant narrow streets and squeeze between buildings, if a bike starts to go towards you, then you have to go back or squeeze into the wall - this is very inconvenient. We also tried to get to the beach by bike, and there was a paid access, if you are on transport - this does not apply to the hotel, but in general, it looks like nonsense. The hotel itself looks very stylish, and the interiors are good. However, the room has poor soundproofing. The bathroom is also inconvenient, as it lacks privacy. Not only is it covered with glass instead of a solid door, but it also allows a lot of sound to pass through. At 3 a.m., a rooster started crowing in the private sector near the hotel. The crowing was extremely loud, and it sounded as if the rooster was in the same room as us. I couldn't get enough sleep because of this, and my entire experience was ruined. On the positive side, the hotel offers a delicious and well-executed breakfast. The room we stayed in had two air conditioners, which made it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, soundproofing and a good night's sleep are crucial for me, so I don't think I'll be returning.
wonderful hotel, located very close to Kuta beach, delicious breakfasts and the nicest staff, always ready to help!
of the minuses I can only note the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but they provide a common one at the bar, if anyone needs it. we did not use it. and a little noisy from the neighboring building, otherwise we received great aesthetic pleasure from being there ❤️
Location is perfect, staffs are attentive and friendly, good selection of foods, relaxing landscape with sun beds and beanie bags at the centre courtyard is cool, beach is just right opposite within 50m.
The only down side was the rooms are quite old and run down. All joinery work of cabinets and wood items like doors, table and tv cabinet in the room are overdue for change, and the floor traps in both bath and toilets are smelly every time when we flushed or showered, it could be possibly due to the aged piping and drainage system that requires major work.
Overall, Pullman Legian Bali is good and suitable for family travelers.

Great
GGuest UserSince it was Legian Beach, I was hoping it would be quieter than Kuta Beach, but the restaurant in front of it and the restaurant below played music every day until late at night, so it was not a quiet location. The road in front of it also had a lot of traffic from early in the morning until late at night, and the sound of motorbikes was heard all day long, so it felt like staying in the middle of a hustle and bustle. The worst part was that they sprayed smoke to prevent pests from 6am, and they sprayed smoke to prevent pests outside the facility along with the buzzing noise. From a Japanese perspective of hospitality, it would be unthinkable for a hotel to carry out such noisy work from 6am when there were guests, but I was disappointed that this hotel was doing it with their sense of humor.
GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nandita — such a polite and honest person who truly cares about guests.
The food was delicious every time, and breakfast had lovely optional choices to suit everyone. I especially loved one of the mocktails (photo below!) — it was amazing.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and tasty food. Highly recommended!
NNozzaThis hotel is very nice and scenic. It has a very nice ambience and setting. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The hotel is based in a quiet area of Legian and a cheap affordable food court is located nearby.

TTravelAuditorThe Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format.
The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day.
The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates.
During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather.
Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.
GGuest UserService is good, need to overlook the breakfast service. Mostly the foods are empty, cup and glass are empty, tables are dirty. The rest of it is good!
ZZozo AngeloTrès bruyant , et cher pour passer une nuit à entendre les moteurs de voitures et motos faire vibrer toute la chambre...
Personnel très sympathique par contre
YYONGXIANGThe breakfast was made by the aunt, and it was delicious. The location of the hotel is generally a taxi, which is very suitable for a family trip. There are two other guys who also work for this hotel, as long as they give them some tips, they can make their motorcycles and go out to buy something hahaha!
