We had an unforgettable stay at Apurva Kempinski Resort Nusa Dua! A huge thank you to Amar and Bayu for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They made my son's birthday celebration truly special with beautiful room decorations and a delicious cake. The beachfront dinner was outstanding, showcasing impressive culinary skills. Breakfast was also superb, with fantastic coffee. The resort's lush surroundings and serene atmosphere made us feel like home. The kids' club was a hit with our son, and we appreciated the wonderful amenities. We'll definitely be back! It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities. Very friendly/polite workers. They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness). They gave fruit platter in room. I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely. Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water. The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips. They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan. Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty. The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all. Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic. Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it. I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.

Just terrific! Amazing! Awesome Everything was great. The staff is incredible kind. The facilities are out of this world. My only point, which is not so important , was the food. It seems like heated , not fresh. And the portion was small, I wouldn’t mind to pay a bit more for a bigger portion. That’s my only criticism. But I loved it !

This looks like a huge family-home-turned B&B. Located in the far North of Nusa Dua, the surrounding environment is quiet and calm. If you prefer a lot of activities and people, this may not be the right place. The beach is accessible by a few minutes walk. However the beach is for water spots and not for swimming. Service of the B&B is okay with friendly staff. Utilities are dated and not many, but since the price is low and very competitive, there's no complain. No many restaurants in the neighborhood.

It is a resort with private beach and good for family with young kids. Breakfast was included in our deal which was excellent with lot of choices, particular fruits and fresh juices.  Staffs are helpful and room is large and clean. Resort's location is almost at the end of the road which is a bit far from the shopping and entertainment area.  But can get GRAB car share service to go anywhere.  Recommend for family with kids.  Thanks

Calm and relaxing. 🔍 Minor note: I did spot a few ants on some of the beach lounge chairs, so they could use a little extra cleaning 🐜—but that’s honestly the only tiny critique in an otherwise flawless experience. 💡 Tip: Head to the beach early in the morning for a peaceful sunrise walk—it’s magical. ⸻ 👋 Checkout – Smooth as Silk Checkout was effortless—friendly staff, no delays, and everything handled quickly. The room was very airy and clean. Except for the oil stain on the bed sheet that affected my mood, everything else was great. The lady at the front desk also gave a warm reception. The whole hotel was very clean and smelled good. There was also a swimming pool where you could lie down and sunbathe.

Hotel is beautiful, has four swimming pools, green territory, very comfortable restaurants with western, Chinese and local food. We booked the chamber with two big beds and garden view in corpus 1: the room is big enough, comfortable amenities, no mosquitoes. Animation is interesting, as for adults so for kids. Staff is friendly and helpful, everyone speaks English, thanks to kind lovely smiling people around we felt as at home in Renaissance hotel. Spa center is very nice, kindly recommended to attend it!

We liked everything very much, the rooms are clean, the pool is right in the courtyard, breakfasts need to be chosen in the evening and in the morning at the appointed time they are brought directly to the room, and also additionally a fruit plate, pastries, the beach next to the hotel is of course not for swimming, you need to walk and next to other hotels there is where to swim, but you need to walk. There are food products and massage parlors next to the hotel. We like everything, the most important thing is that the Balinese style is preserved in the hotel and it is great to relax here due to the silence around

The hotel is great. Location near to my event. Room is tidy. The staff is very friendly. Amenities are good but with an input for the shower, as it will be nice if the water flow is more strong. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay. I am surely will stay here again for my another trip
