Nice stay, two pools are nice and clean, relaxing for swimming and floating on the pads. For the room, it’s ok and bedding is good and soft support . Thanks for combining two single beds into one as requested on booking before we check in. The air conditioner is new and silent but not cool enough even we tuned temperature to 16’c on night time. Breakfast has enough varieties. On the whole, this hotel is in good price and good services, recommended to choose.

The bathroom was very smelly, and it stunk the room out. There was very loud Indonesian music playing often, which made the pool area a bit unenjoyable. Still an ok stay, the staff were friendly

Location great.. 5 minutes walk to main shopping area and beach, rooms fantastic, pool great , restaurant lovely.. breakfast buffet great, staff helpful and always smiling. Great service and experience.. definitely stay here again .. value for money

After 28 days hotel hopping. Lowest rating given this far. Outside the room picture perfect. Bathroom plumbing has no vent, sewer smell require trip fill after use. Salty water shower or brush your teeth. A/C set at 16 can't do 25c. You judge from picture, if this bathroom was renovated last 25 years. Trip.com please 2 or 2.5 stars. I paid more than other 3-4 stars hotel here.

This hotel was a great find. the architecture is beautiful, lots of green and fresh spaces, the swimming pools are a good size with a separate pool for children. Location is great 2 minute walk from Kuta beach, shops, souvenirs etc. the compromise is in the rooms. The water pressure in the showers is not great and the bathrooms are looking a little worn, other than that, I would definitely stay again. You get a welcome drink when you arrive, staff are very helpful and accomodating. really good value for money.
