The hotel is decorated as old Balinese style, which adds to the feel, but unfortunately it also means they don’t want to modernize as an excuse.
Good: price, location is ok, close to airport, direct beach access, very polite and (mostly) helpful staff, very quiet (away from the road and clubs).
OK: breakfast, room (size and style), restaurant.
Bad: bedsheets and towels (clean, but not new, stains), in-room amenities (wifi sucks, old wall outlets, old electric appliances, old and unsecure doors and locks.
Verdict: public area is better than the rooms, you’re getting a good deal considering the price, but next time we would just spend more for something better rather than coming back here. Honestly, the hotel is pretty old, so because of much earlier good reviews here it still holds 4 star rating which isn’t true anymore.

Honestly one of the most beautiful and friendly places I have ever been. The rooms are excellent and spacious. The people in the restaurant are super friendly and most amazingly you can walk straight onto the beach. Simply loved it and highly recommendable!

Nice enough place but looked a bit tired, otherwise food and location to the brilliant. Some of the staff were not as friendly as others, especially the reception area and restaurant cashier area...could learn to smile and be friendly.

Great green hotel. The feeling of local nature is incredible. Pool is good, have kids pool, have a deep side. Direct access to the beach and all these sea BBQ cafes on the beach. Breakfast in a hotel is okay, but it can be better. When we just checked in, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty, but after telling it to reception, they quickly changed everything, and it was clean. Overall it's a good stay

It’s a beachfront hotel, but it’s very old. Actually, I expect more because it’s not crowded, and the parking is quite spacious. And no one in the front helps you with your stuff. I’m coming back no more.
