Booked the Campervan cabin 3 online, not realising that the cabin is away from the main camp area, as there was no info on Trip.com that indicated that. So when we reached Black Lava past sundown and was whizzed in the dark to our cabin, we became concerned of security. But it was all good in the end. Cabin was beautiful at night. Romantic and cosy, of course. The bonfire place was an added bonus, and the outdoor bathtub was private and welcoming. All in, a wonderful experience at glamping.

Nice experience but also comfortable to stay during camp night. The food there is so nice and affordable. Their staff is also very helpful and give us the best service.

Spent 2 nights and get really great experiences. Just fyi the location was pretty far down the alley It's kinda extreme road for those using matic motorbike If you book here, just call a day ahead of your check in time to get shuttle. They provide free shuttle for check in&out only. But the downside if you like to go to up kintamani city/cafee you need to pay 200.000 rupiah for one trip. The room is superb, but it's getting hot on day time cause they only provide fan for onion&potato room. I think they have AC on suites. They dont provide mirror in every room, so it's another job to do the makeup for girls We need to go to sharing shower room for doing the make up. It would be amazing if they provide small mirror in rooms There's lot of flies but it just the nature of kintamani You could ask insect repellent to staaf if you have flies in room.

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Clean and clam with good view. Food served at the restaurant was great. My second time here. Would recommend and dont mind coming again when opportunity permits

We booked the onion pods and a villa and WOULDNT recommend guests to come here. Pros: The view is nice and communal area is cute Cons: Bad sanitation: During breakfast theres tons of bugs and flys around making impossible to eat. The shared bathroom isn’t maintained clean all the tome and constantly runs out shampoo and shower gels. Bad service and maintenance, even at the “fancy villa”: The jacuzzi in the villa runs out hot water. The staff here also weren’t responsible to our requests. We had a driver to pick us up for sunrise and no one responded whatsapp when we asked help to get to the villa (villa is not super walkable to the main area of the lobby) Onion pods NOT recommended either: The onion pods are economic but its hot under sun and cold at night.
