Villa Fenosa Seminyak by Nagisa Bali

I would highly recommend this villa. It was around 10-15 minutes to walk to the shopping streets and around 20-25minutes to walk to the beach so close enough without ring in the noise and hustle. The 2 bed villa we stayed in was clean and large. The pool was a good size. The water looks green but I think that’s because of the colour of tiles chosen. Breakfast was ok- good choice and brought to the villa. The best thing was the service: the staff were attentive. You can message them on WhatsApp for anything you need and they respond promptly.

Worst Experience – Cash (~US$2,000) Went Missing from Our Room We had one of the worst travel experiences ever at this villa. On the second day of our stay, an envelope containing about US$2,000 in cash — which was locked inside our suitcase — went completely missing. We had clearly requested that only the living room be cleaned, and the bedrooms not be touched, and the staff confirmed they understood. Despite this, by the last day of our trip, the cash was gone. The villa management claimed that only the cleaning staff entered and insisted the bedrooms were not cleaned. However, we took precautions: the cash was kept separate from gift cards, inside a locked suitcase. Everything was fine on day one — and only the cash was gone by the last night. When we reported this to the villa, their response was extremely disappointing. They simply told us there was nothing they could do. No apology, no investigation, no support. To make things worse, they stopped answering phone calls entirely. We chose this place based on good reviews and recommendations, but sadly, this turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. ⚠️ If you still decide to stay here, never leave any valuables behind — carry them with you at all times. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you value peace of mind and basic security. It’s shocking that something like this actually happened to us. I’m sharing this so others can be cautious and avoid the same mistake.

On the second day, in the evening, something extremely terrifying happened to us. Someone appeared in our living room around 1 a.m. and started rummaging through our belongings! There was a distinct sound of something falling in the living room, followed by the sound of rummaging. This made us extremely frightened because the living room could be accessed through the wall! We began to call the hotel's phone number, but no one answered. We kept calling for an hour or two, but received no response at all! Finally, we decided to call the police, but since the hotel was located in a remote area, the police couldn't obtain the exact location! In the end, we sat together until dawn, not sleeping at all for the entire night! What was even more chilling was that when we communicated with the hotel the next day, they would only shift the blame and explain that there were staff on duty at night, but if there were staff, why couldn't they answer my call!! This seriously threatened my personal safety! Please stay away from such hotels!

I recently stayed at Fenosa Villa Seminyak with a friend, and it was an incredible experience! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The villa itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We enjoyed lounging by the private pool and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to the vibrant Seminyak area. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delivered right to our villa. While it was just okay, the convenience of having it brought to us each morning was a nice touch. Overall, our stay at Fenosa Villa Seminyak was memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service.
