Hotel is in a great location, breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Service was also great and the hotel was very clean overall!
Not so great are their pizzas and they charge a fee of over $13 AUD for each card transaction, so cash is a better option. They also charge approximately 32% service and tax charges on top. Super deluxe rooms were not the best considering space and interior decor. The above is based on my personal experience.

This place is a hidden gem, we absolutely loved our stay at Swan Paradise. Every staff were friendly and welcoming, they were available almost every where around the resort. Very attentive and hospitable, we found Sutra and front office particularly helpful, communication through Whatsapp was easy and informative. Strongly recommend Swan Paradise and their team!

The hotel is very nice and beautiful.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The hotel has very nice views and a very beautiful swimming pool.
The food was also good.
The only problem was the loud sound of animals at night it was annoying but I think it's a part of the Balinese experience.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff make you feel so welcome the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is very aesthetic and relaxing, perfect for couples looking for a cozy experience or families wanting to enjoy quality time together. The variety in food ensures everyone finds something delicious.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the price was incredibly cheap, I left feeling mixed about my experience.
Positives:
- nice landscape and pool area
- we also enjoyed the cooking class from the hotel
- the villa is good for family.
First and foremost, We encountered hundreds of bugs in our rooms and large gecko right next to our door at night time. It made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The property itself needs a lot of fixing to seal all gaps in all doors and windows.
Additionally, the linen provided was not clean. It had stains. The shower had low water pressure.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness issues and the lack of attention to detail. I hope they can improve these aspects for future guests.

Overall experience was ok. Bathroom doesn’t smell too pleasant and drainage not in the best condition. Breakfast selection very limited. Children loved the bird sanctuary and 3 x pools in the compound.
