It was really a pleasant stay.I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to premium deluxe room 3102.It was decorated nicely with anniversary wishes and cake.Thank you Courtyard by Marriot.The breakfast pastries especially the Bomboloni was awesome.Definitely will come back again although this is my second time stay in Courtyard.

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable. No slides in the pool area but they had a small lazy river in the sister hotel which the kids enjoyed, they did have a few relaxing bean bag floats in the pool which were good. Downside was that they had an outdoor jacuzzi but it didn’t work well, it was warm but no jets.
The pool, beach areas are kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The shuttle service was excellent.
Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon snacks by the pool were good too. Prices are a bit on the high side but that was expected.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location - near the Nusa Dua beach and Bali collection. Able to see the beautiful beach and also shop around the vicinity. Service was also good, staff were polite and were quick to respond to requests.
However, there were issues with cleanliness. The bedsheets had stains on them. I had asked for a change the next day. The door handles were not clean as well. The bathroom sink was also clogged. I had to get them to fix it almost every day I was there.
The soundproofing of the rooms was also poor. I could hear babies crying in the middle of the night and it was very disruptive for sleeping.
Even at the low price point with its convenient location, I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a restful relaxing stay.

Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua by Marriot is easily one of the best resorts I've been to. The resort is huge, with lots of free amenities, like a huge lazy river swimming pool, jacuzzi, and 2 other huge swimming pools. The staff is also super welcoming and offered us free drinks at the lobby bar while waiting for our room to be ready, as it was delayed. That is on top of the welcome drinks! There is also free photography service available within the resort, which is cute!
The housekeeping also made an effort to do cute towel sculptures daily. It's so adorable! They also have shuttle buses to the beach club and Bali collection!
The only cons are that the pillows were a bit smelly and stunk up the whole room for some reason, and the breakfast buffet spread is big but not delicious.
All in all, it's was still an enjoyable stay!

Located in a lovely part of Nusa Dua, this hotel was a perfect stay. The lazy river and the pool bar were great highlights. The rooms were also very spacious and there were lots of activities in the hotel for kids and adults. There is also a distinctively European vibe to the place, a nice experience for a European who lives in other parts of Asia.
Behind the hotel, there is a ***** of restaurants and places to get quality foot massages.

Had a 6D5N stay at Courtyard on the ground level. The room given was located close to both swimming pools (Courtyard and Marriot Vacation Club). Breakfast was plentiful though there were times when there was a shortage of cups for coffee and had to wait or order with staff. Unfortunately, during the first night, since we were staying on the ground floor, we kept hearing knocking, dragging of items across the floor, above us from early morning till 5 plus am. It made our sleep very uncomfortable and having flown in on that day itself, and due to the lack of sleep, we felt quite tired the very next day. We made an immediate feedback to the Okin. Noise persisted on 2nd night. Thankfully, the following nights were bearable. Suggestion that Courtyard management should consider placing a carpet to minimise the noise level.
Special thanks to Okin who handled the situation professionally after we feedback about the noises. Okin personally checked in on us daily to ensure everything was good. Others not forgotten were Bagus (who taught us how to make a bracelet and played the ball game near the pool bar), Kezia and Yuli (at pool bar). Everyone serving there always has a smile on their faces and it made our stay at Courtyard a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
