Just not my type of accommodation. The first challenge was actually getting up to the property. You have to hike up with all your luggage. Room was dirty. Bedding was stained and the mosquito net around the bed was dirty. The views were stunning though.

You have to be a hiking person in order to book this facility. It was hard to access during the night as the lights were faulty and were scary pitch black. We complained about the faulty lights but the staff didn't take any action. The view was stunning every day. A very big Buddha was placed in an amazing view. A small restaurant was there. The car park was damp and the car easily got stuck. If you are planning just to stay in the accommodations and enjoy the view, it's a good place. If you are frequently traveling, it's an everyday hiking business.

Such a beautiful place! I felt so comfortable and wish I could have stayed longer. The staff is lovely and super helpful - thanks again to Windu for helping me super spontaneously with transportation issues. They also serve delicious food.
The area is quite untouristy, so if you want a break from busy Bali, enjoy beautiful views and, ricefields and a village with very friendly locals.
Don't expect luxurious bathrooms. But everything needed is there and works fine.

Wonderful mountain and sea views, great sunrises, friendly staff. You can do morning yoga on the platform with vistas and relax with tea or a cold Bintang in a bean bag. Butterfly or bird spotting also possible up here or around the rice paddies below. Kingfishers, quails, eggrets. Beautiful!

Die Unterkunft war richtig schön, abgelegen und ruhig. Der Ausblick ist es definitiv wert, die Treppen hochzusteigen. Das Frühstück war richtig lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt war der Hund Blackie, der sich gerne streichen ließ :)

Super nice camping accommodation! You have a unique view over the rice fields of Sidemen! The staff are also really nice and helped us a lot. The food is also great, it tastes very good and doesn't cost very much. There is a parking lot at the top that is difficult to reach but you can park the scooters right next to the accommodation. The WiFi doesn't work very well but that shouldn't be the issue! The location is a bit out of the way, it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Sidemen. I would have liked to give it 5 stars, the staff and the view deserve it, but the facility is a bit old now. Work is being done on it but currently some of the attractions are still broken, the many wooden pieces need to be painted again and the individual photo opportunities are also very dilapidated. The fact that there is only cold water is also a reason to give it one star less. Still a clear recommendation!
