Best hotel I have ever stayed in, I really can't fault this hotel Amazing villa, beyond amazing staff, all our butlers especially Ode were great, amazing food, breakfast was Ala carte with high quality and variety, everywhere had unbelievable ocean views, I recommend our villa 25 if u book a premier ocean view which is worth the extra btw..all what I can say is just keep up as this is an expensive hotel and at such a price tag guests will expect everything to be perfect which it is really

Upon arriving at the Bvlgari Resort Bali, I had high expectations of a 5-star or even higher-ranking resort experience. However, I was disappointed by the quality of their supposedly world-class services. Perhaps due to the Easter holiday, one of the villas was not ready until slightly after 4 pm, for which they generously offered a complimentary lunch. However, we had preferred to simply enjoy the villa's lovely environment and relax after our long journey. The most surprising shortcoming was the lack of communication from the butler and room service staff. Our requests were not properly addressed - for instance, the ice bucket we had requested was not delivered after 30 minutes, and our pre-ordered breakfast was delayed by an entire hour. While the resort did offer us complimentary birthday cakes for my wife, which was a kind gesture, we would have appreciated a more attentive level of service. Honestly, this service level is not comparable to the same ranking of resorts, such as those in the Maldives, which truly make you feel like you are staying in paradise. Despite the issues mentioned, I must highly respect the quality of the resort's cuisine. Executive Chef Stefano and his team offered incredibly amazing food, especially the Italian dishes, which we will dearly miss. In conclusion, the Bvlgari Bali Resort is worth a try, but guests should not have excessively high expectations regarding the level of service provided.

Everything from check in to check out was nothing but amazing. Hotel grounds are well maintained, all the staff were polite, attentive and discreet. Our assigned butler, Dewa, made sure all our activities were arranged and even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake in the villa. Villas are well designed for privacy and the hotel grounds are vast enough that it never seemed crowded. It’s a splurge but it’s well worth the experience. Will definitely be back.

This is our second time visit to the resort which has been very well kept. They’ve introduced two new initiatives this time. 1)appointment of a butler to take care of his/her respective hotel guests. As such, i only need to deal with one contact point for all my requests which provides me with the greatest convenience. My butler Rose has been extremely helpful to hv fetched me a table at the hard book Italian restaurant and book massage despite it was a last minute request. Her meticulous arrangements have made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. 2) breakfast is served around the clock one time every day. Guests can now order breakfast from the menu as they wish. They’re very generous. You could simply order as much as you want, with different portion and free combination. I truly feel that this is more eco friendly than the traditional buffet style. And they do deliver the food at the highest quality by freshly making them. All staff are well trained, courteous and passionate. I do feel that they enjoy the work, and that’s how they strive to make every guest to hv a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had a best ever family trip here at Bulgari resort and we’ve planned to come back once again!
