The disgusting condition of the tents. She refused to check in at the time of check in, the Trip.com support service still cannot return the money from partners and the hotel itself. I absolutely do not recommend. It is impossible to stay inside, the smell of a hot banner (like rubber), it is impossible to breathe, everything is dirty and amenities are separate even from Luxury tents. About the attitude towards customers is clear by the fact that they do not want to return the money.

The view was absolutely stunning but the tent zip was broken so we had no privacy. The bathrooms were clean enough and the staff were lovely

The staff is super nice and welcoming but everything is deteriorated and is not at all consistent with the photos.
Mold in the tent, smell of fish and swamps, cockroaches, insects of all kinds on the mattress, shower almost clean but system burning, impossible to adjust the water temperature...
In short, I strongly advise against it as it stands.
We booked a room at another hotel for the night. We hope to get a refund.
